IFB and Amazon Sell/leak customers information - Not a trustable organizations to make transactions.Am writing against this product because incident happened to made me threatened, i got a call saying we are from IFB and saying my personal details name , number , address and product purchase and date details so i would blindly trust this would be from IFB as they have my information, not sure if that is something to blame amazon / IFB for selling / leaking my personal information to some third party vendors who barged into my home saying we are from IFB and you have a first free service pending after 6 months of purchase and tried to charge me 5850/- for maintenanceon enquiring more details on why charge, as it supposed to be free ? they tried explaining situation like your machine is scaled so much performance is downgraded to least so they replaced Filter which is 1850/- not sure if they did replaced as I was not there with them , 800 worth descaling powder is used to clean tub and they were handing me 16 packets more worth of 3200 for next 2 months de scaling process which i need to do.I have many questions to IFB - If your machines can't sustain 6 month of washing do we need to call it a washing machine or Annual maintenance collection machine for IFB ? (am doing a descale process every 45 days with descale powder purchased from amazon isn't it do 20% of job??)- Why the heck we need to pay 200 worth of Descaling powder when we are getting for 20 rs in amazon by other vendors , what is special magic about that powder?- your support staff is so pathetic trying to explain tub cleaning and descaling differences and users cannot descale it and its only IFB can do, in short if am byuing a IFB product worth 15000 then i should be paying 50000 as maintenace considering machine would used for 10 years ? situation was so intemidating with them as they were 2 people and am left alone with my kid and wife in locked flat , so i need to get out of the situation safely so paid them 2850 and returned your so called magical powder.Surprise here is - i called up IFB to explain the situation and ask for a answer why you guys do this ? They answered saying we didnt send you any person and there is no any service request against your product. Then who the heck came to my door saying we are from IFB. is that a secondary business for IFB selling customer infomration and barging their homes and doing maintenance without customer consent and grab money ???Why dont you guys Keep customer information safe ?????? this is a question to Amazon and IFBon calling that service guy and said you barged in my home saying IFB and IFB says you are not part of them - He simply said sir I gave service right ? did I robbed you ? so nice answer to get from a person who literally robbed faking his identityNow am literally revisiting to get my account de activated and fall back to offline purchasing which is way more safe in terms of privacy (which is a fundamental right of an Indian) - need to think of filing an customer forum complaint on violating customers information privacy rights
