Just received my order of 21 replacement tips. These are very well packaged and look like they are high quality, nicely tinned and ready to use. Each tip is individually labeled and packaged. They fit the Weller like originals.

First impressions are everything, this set of tips certainly fulfilled my expectations. Such a wide variety to chose from and virtually indistinguishable from my OE Weller tips. Time will tell how long they will last, but I have a good feeling about these!

I got these to do some PCB rework with mag-wire, the finest point tip was needed to reach around a corner into a tiny 0.5mm pitch device sandwiched between some headers and passives making a larger tip useless.Tips fit the Weller probe perfectly, heated evenly, and accepted tip tuning fast, using only lead-free tin-copper flux core high temperature solder. So far on several hours of rework I've seen no issues with whetting or durability.

The tips are of excellent quality. they have a nice weight to them which feels great while soldering. The heat up time is almost instant and the heat distribution is uniform on all sides of the tips. I have 3 solder stations and I replaced the aging tips with these new ones and the difference was amazing. The other guys whom I did not tell that the tips were replaced noticed right away when the stations were fired up and they started using the new tips. I am already missing a few from the bin they are stored in because the guys chose a couple of different tips that they wanted to try. Very nice product and I can not tell the difference between these and the original tips.

Great selection of tips for a good price. I just got them but they seem fairly well made and I don’t think durability will be an issue but if it ever is I will update this.

First thing first: they work absolutely fine on my WSD-81.I was looking for replacement tips for my old yet still perfectly functional WSD-81 that I was given a few years ago. The tip it came with is the original/regular they supply with weller stations. I needed one fine tip and one angled fine tip for my modding projects.The tips hold temperature steady, no discoloration when heated and overall is a great replacement option.Btw, it's not easy to come by those older style tips with a short base for WSD series, this is basically only seller that has them on Amazon (as far as I found).The shipping was quick and packaged well. A+ so far.

Surprisingly quality tips for the price. Precise tips for small soldering work on WSD-81D.

I'm not some pro electronics tech, just a hobbyist so buying the Weller tips is really not very cost effective. This set has a huge variety of tips in many shapes and sizes and represents a good value. I cannot attest to their longevity, but given how much they will get used by me, I'm sure they will last indefinitely. And, if nothing else, it gives me an idea of what tips I will actually use if I want to spend the money on actual Weller tips.
