Well made and was pleasantly surprised how many rulers this holds.

I bought this for my mother. She was very happy to receive this item. I should have ordered 2 or 3 of these ruler racks. I didn't realize how many quilting rulers my mother had. Over all not a bad item and for the price it's worth it. My mother also kept the blue hook.Looks nice on a table, doesn't look out of place, makes getting organized easy. Having the rulers in arms reach when working on projects, makes find the ruler easier. No more hunting for a certain ruler or losing or misplacing rulers. Would make a good gift for people who have lots of quilting rulers.Update: 12/02/2015I ordered TWO more Omnigrid Wooden Ruler Racks. My mother has been wanting more of these ruler racks. Guess what she will be getting for Christmas.Be nice if the wooden ruler rack would come in other shapes, square or rectangle, for the small rulers. Longer for the long rulers. double or have more lines to store more. I think different shapes and sizes would be nice. Have a choice of what one needs. Not everyone has the same rulers. My mother has every shape there is almost.

These wooden ruler racks are just wonderful. This is the third one I have purchased to hold the multitude of rulers I have accumulated as a quilter and bag maker. These racks allow arrangement of various rulers in an orderly fashion. Yes, the racks do take up surface space. In spite of that I like the ability to see at a quick glance which ruler is where. The slots are big enough to hold one ruler depth wise, long enough to hold several rulers of different sizes, with the 24" long rulers fitting with a few inches sticking out on each end. The racks are well made of a hardwood, stained and finished. No splinters, nicks in the wood, actually no problems at all. I think if you have the surface space this is the best way and most convenient way to store your rulers. It organizes them and allows you to see which one you need with a quick glance, and avoids the need to open and close a ring if you are using a ring to hang your rulers.

I was looking for something to organize my variety of quilting rulers and this one fit the bill. The slots are wide enough so that it's easy to use but narrow enough that the rulers stay in place. As others have said, it's not an option for wall mounting, because the slots are perpendicular and not angled. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Loved my first one so I returned for a second. Keeps my rulers handy, organized, and displayed vertically. No more scrambling trying to find the right ruler under a project!

Yay! So glad I spotted this. Exactly what I need to organize my growing set of rulers. It's wide enough that I can put more than one per slot, so having only five slots is not a drawback. It's a neutral, medium wood color, attractive for the price, and seems to be sturdy. That is, it's not tipping over, even with taller rulers . I have a few different brands of rulers, and they all fit. So much easier than pushing a ruler around and trying to pry it off the work surface when I need it. You do need counter or work space to set this up, but it's worth it. Has four little acrylic dots, like tiny "feet", on the bottom to keep it from scratching the table and from slipping around too easily.

Great for easy access to a number of rulers that I frequently use. I own 4.

This is a great size for a ruler rack (as a previous reviewer mentioned, the usual ones we can buy in the UK are much smaller. It holds a useful amount of rulers, and even when full (see photo - rotary cutter included for scale, largest ruler at back is 12” square) is very stable.

Love this rack. Solid and well made. I did not care for the stain color so I sanded the stain off and covered it with cherry stain and a coat of varathane. Thrilled as it matches my furniture in my sewing room and the rulers are organized and tidy.

Works really well for patch work rulers. All my rulers can fit inside (7 in total). Although 1/4” long arm quilting rulers won’t fit.
