Have reordered this for the third time. Very pleased I discovered this product.

I did originally have this to buy on repeat but it is a huge amount so I will take months to use it up, which is a good thing. I either add it directly to saucy dishes or rehydrate with some flavouring for a short time . But beware, a little goes a long way!

I've given this 4 stars as the quality of the TVP is good. However, they should have made it clear that the larger bag sizes are not resealable (as the small ones are). I had to spend quite a lot of money on a large tupperware to keep it in so it doesn't spoil or go damp.

Up until a few months ago we had never used this stuff and if someone had described it to me I'd have been a bit negative I expect, but now we will always some in our kitchen. Thankfully the world is waking up to the awful nature of animal agriculture (cruelty, deforestation, ocean decimation, climate change, and our health) so other sources of protein are where it's at. The storage of this product is just great too, stick it in your cupboard and pull it out when needed. Fantastic

I switched to this mince for veganuary over a year ago and would never go back to minced meat now. I’ve served it to meat lovers and they cannot tell its not meat.

I was wanting this to be as described, dark but it was so light in colour.

I have never bought this company's product before but it's as good if not better than those I've tried before, the texture is particularly good. I am not a vegetarian and as well as using TVP on its own I often use it to bulk out meat dishes where it soaks up the flavors really well. The economic and health advantages of TVP are obvious and I am using it to replace meat as often as I can. To that end, I decided to buy in bulk and I am pleased to say it arrived well-packed and with no leakages.
