Didn't realize that this tape had a 2 1/2" core, instead of the 1" core that would fit on my existing dispenser. I had to buy a larger dispenser to accommodate it. The photo with the product is misleading. However, when the smoke cleared, I was very pleased with both tape and dispenser.

This is my go to tape for greeting cards and some other papercraft items. I'm sure there are other uses. I believe it comes in permanent and repositional. I usually get the permanent, it can be repositioned if not pressed down completely. Love this tape.

I love double stick tape. It comes in so handy. This batch is bigger than the last and doesn't quite fit my tape dispenser, but it's better than trying to peel the tape off. Next time I'll be more careful to check the size.

I love this Scotch brand double sided tape and I use it in my craft room when making handmade cards or other paper projects. I use it too when wrapping packages. It is always on my craft table and I have used this larger roll size for many years. It is plenty sticky and is easy to tear on a larger dispenser. It has a very strong "hold" on both sides and is easy to work with. Just won't ever be without it! This is a very useful product and I recommend it to others!

I thought I was buying standard sized tape rolls but what arrived is the right tape but on an extra large base. Doesn’t fit in standard tape dispensers. Never seen a tape roll this size. Couldn’t find roll dimensions anywhere (tape strip size is right) and the rolls don’t actually look like the photo even without the scale issue so I think it’s misleading. The roll is big enough to wear on my wrist like a bracelet.

This is the very best craft tape. I make my own all-occasion and Christmas greeting cards. After stitching the designs onto batting and backing I adhere the finished insert into the card opening and then use the permanent double-sided tape to hold the two sides of the card together. Works like a dream every time.

I purchased this tape (and the tape dispenser with the 3 " core) to use for making greeting cards with multiple layers of cardstock. Unfortunately the tape isn't what I'd call permanent, though that is what is on the packaging. I've used this on cardstock to cardstock, paper to paper and it pulls apart easily. I've burnished with a bone folder, I've given it 24 hours to "cure". It still pulls apart. I'm not using it on damp materials, the tape hasn't been dampened or damaged in any way. It's just not a permanent stick.The one use I can foresee is for temporarily holding down die cuts or embellishments while coloring, because the die cut or embellishment easily and without any damage, pull away to place on my card - with a real, permanent adhesive.I'm disappointed in Scotch for not making this a truly permanent tape.

Excellent tape! It is perfect for applying labels to kitchen items, e.g. spice jars etc. I also use it to label CD cases and for sewing leather garments (and other items) instead of pins (you can't use pins for leather because it leaves puncture marks). I use a lot of the tape, so I was glad to find the larger rolls, which the stores don't carry, and at a much lower price.
