ReadyliftSuspension RL 3'' SST LIFT KIT - JEEP - 69-6000

Installed on my 2008 Rubicon. The extra inch of height in the front works perfect with my front bumper and winch. They add about 200 lbs. to the front end and the Jeep sits nice and level with the Readylift. The little extra height makes the Jeep look like a Jeep should, and I can't tell any difference in handling on the pavement. Installation was straight forward and not too difficult. The hardest thing was removing the stock caster tabs. They don't come out with a chisel like the instructions say. Its best to use a pneumatic body saw or even a dremel tool with cutting wheel to cut the tabs out. All components of the lift are high quality and fit well. Would definitely recommend if you have a heavy winch up front.

The quality of the parts were good, except for the "self tapping" bolts. I also replaced these with similarly sized bolts and nuts. The directions are very minimal and only show one picture for each step and do not show which parts go with each steps. Torque specifications are only given for "bolt sizes" not each step nor do they tell you which bolts and nuts are used in each steps, it is very frustrating. I do not understand in today's age why better instructions are not included or posted online. As with another review, no instructions for this kit for the "caster bolts" were included. I did find a much older (and better) set of instructions from 2010 that included the procedure for these, but I was finished at that time.My Jeep does look good with this lift. I am very satisfied with the end result and feel this is a good value. Great value if they just redo the darn instructions.

Just installed this on my 2012 Unlimited. Fits great and all quality parts. The only thing missing is a link kit for the front. The kit claims to clear 35 inch tires but mine rub on the plastic skirt under the front bumper just before steering lock. A little trimming would remedy the problem but I will see how fast the tires wear and maybe the problem will solve itself! This Readylift gives the Jeep a nice level stance and maintains the original ride quality. The combination of lift and 35 inch tires still let me park in the garage so BONUS!

Just installed on a 2010 JKU. Bolts, nut, washers were packaged but labels saying what went where would be really nice. Self tapping bolts for front bumps tops are cheap soft metal and the threads just strip. I just ended up drilling a slightly bigger hole and putting a lock nut on the bottom. Also the bolts for the rear spring spacer are 1/2 inch too long and hit the bottom of the floor. I just removed them and cut off the 1/2". Other than that, it only took me just under 4 hrs in the garage using 2 floor jacks and 2 jack stands. No instructions for the caster bolts...so I guess I'll take them with me to the alignment shop.😕
