Can you use this in dog crates?

Yes, you can, a small suggestion: we recommend that you keep it in a ventilated place for a few days until the smell disappears.

Can this be used on top of grass, underneath a blow up pool?

"Under" a pool, I would say yes. I would not recommend this to stand on. Very Rigid, and connections aren't as secure as others.

Is there and end cap for these. Something like a little slope for wheelchairs or a walker to easily go over?

No there is no end-cap nor is there an end piece (one without any tabs so that you can have a finished edge). Neither of these aspects is truly an issue for me. These mats were really not designed for handicap access in my estimation however you could raise the front of the wheelchair similarly to how you go over the lip of many entrances.

What psi can these hold; my hot tub has ,47 lbs/sq.inch.?

Don't know the psi but they are a strong plastic
