Do not get this sub. Cheap china garbage. I was running it on 500 watts rms and at first it seemed great. Gave it the 6 to 8 hour break in period, and it actually sounded pretty nice. I will admit that it didn't hit the really low bass amazingly. But besides that it was exactly what I was hoping for. However, after about 20 hours of play time this sub just blew out. I didn't have the gain high, nothing was clipping... it was only on 3/4ths volume. I actually had thought I was running this on 1000 watts, but I looked at how I had my amp bridged and it was only running 500 watts. I could not believe it. Sure, I probably got a dud. But this just shows the quality control of this brand. Another thing was the little handles on the inside of the basket for pulling the sub out of the box just snapped right off when I tried to pull it out. Then the plastic rim itself started pealing away from the sub. This thing was falling apart just from gently removing it from the box. The seller, however, was great. They were very agreeable to a return, no hassle. Would definitely buy from them again. I ended up getting a very similar skar audio sub, and that's been serving me great. About twice the price, but well worth it. The bass is much punchier and hits far lower. Just spend the extra dollars or get something used. Not worth risking something cheap just to get it new.

I only bought one sub just to see if the price was to good to br true. Ihooked it up and im running it off my 800watt poineer in a ported boxed. Imust say for the price this bad boy is this is a good speaker. The bass is soft but deep. Right now ihave it turned down low but im going to give it about a week and break it in all the way. Overall ilove this speaker and im real you should get one.

Ordered a sub hooked up and let play for a few minutes then stopped working requested a replacement well see if this one holds up better may change my review later. Sounded good for the few minutes I let play to break it in unfortunately never got to completely break it in and see the full potential of the sub.

Awesome subs disgard other people's reviews these with a boss ard3000 wired at 1ohm thump and are very reliable have over 200hours of play time they are in a ported box had a slight burning smell when i first started to push them hard just brake in give them a good 5 6 hours soft play time and my god are they clean looking.

Don’t do like me. Wired 2-12s 2300 watt to 1 Ohm on a Boss 4000 watt amp (1800 actually) they shook the rear view mirror off. Ppl honestly thought I had 15s. They lasted 5 months till I turned the gain up on my radio an did not reset amp to clipping again My Fault. Anyway my warranty was out so I ordered 2 more can’t wait to install
