Just a common plastic rod holder
Nothing special. Just like a dozen other plastic holders I looked at. It works. No complaints Hook and knife slots are useful

The instructions are horrible and don't make sense
The instructions are horrible and don't make sense. I take it you're supposed to leave the machine screws in the center two rod holders and drill out the holes on the outside rod holders. Instructions say to do something else that doesn't work. This cost me a bunch of extra time and 4 extra holes in my boat. I recommend that you go with a similar product with better instructions.
