Once up and running these watches are great, a lot better than the 3G/3G cheap ones I've used in the past.My only issue was getting it setup. I had to contact their customer service to get the credit card setup for the Speetalk plan. But once that was fixed everything went smooth.The GPS seems accurate so far and the unit works better in buildings than previous generations did.

I love to the concept of this watch. Video chat, calling, location, all of it.However, we had NO service anywhere in my town. Before I even bought the watch, I tripled checked with speed talk to see what service provider they were with (it’s T-Mobile). After that, I checked to make sure my area had coverage and it did.Until the watch got there, and never had service. We had it for 5 days and we’re only able to make one choppy phone call 🙃🙃If you are looking for a smart watch for your kids, please try the gizmo watch with Verizon. The watch is $100 and the plan is $10 a month. You can buy the watch outright or just make payments on it. And it works SO MUCH BETTER. Doesn’t have video chat tho.

Ordered 2. One works great. Need to call customer service for help wity the other one. Location is off and it will not connect ro the internet.

I ordered this watch for my 9 year old as a Christmas gift. I activated the watch on the day after Christmas (12/26) and paid the $5.00 fee to activate the SIM with 250min Talk/250min Data.The watch didn’t work for the first 2-3 days. The only function that would work at the time was the chat function through the app.After speaking with customer service twice, they finally got the calling function to work.The location feature is pretty accurate, there’s some useful options, like Class Mode, my son called me before and after school like every day and only used 70 out of the 250 minutes in the 3 weeks we had it. Which is actually pretty good!Unfortunately..I had to speak with customer service several times more due to the Video Calling function not working.It hadn’t even been 30 days since the first payment, and they had decided to just up and charge another $5.00 for another month of service a whole week+ before it was even due!I asked customer service about it, they immediately said I was not eligible for refund, that they just don’t do refunds, even though their disclaimer on their website states “you will be charged on the same day of service, each month, until you cancel.” For me, that day in the account was listed as 1/27/23. Soooo why, on 1/18/23, was I charged again, when the current service was still being used?? I explained they can’t just take money whenever they want.So, after I pitched a bit of a fit (respectfully), they did agree to refund the $5.00 that they took too early, BUT, they also decided to just up and shut off my son’s watch service (the one I had already initially paid for and got just short of 3 weeks of use out of). They got petty.Needless to say, I’m returning the watch and going elsewhere.

This product is a waste of money. The location does not work. It says off-line constantly, which defeats the purpose of actually having to watch for your kid. You cannot call out and he cannot call to me. Customer service is horrible. You will not get anything resolved the service providers be talk is actually the providers of the watch
