Good for health and wellness
I take 2 a day when I'm sick and 1 a day for maintenance during cold seasons with oregano oil. Pill is fairly large but not difficult to swallow.

The right dosage & D3!
I like that this is the dosage I want, plus the added benefit of D3. I do use more D3 , but less because this adds some. I have been taking Quercetin forgoing on 4 years, and believe it matters!
