Q: How was the installation process?

Quite simple, actually. We installed opposite of our actual door... So that it did not interrupt coming and going at all. I only needed my husbands assistance when I slid the large glass pane which had never been moved.

Q: Is the flap on the door lockable?

There is a magnetic strip that keeps the flap closed. There is no lock for it. There is a drop-in plastic door that you can use you can use to close off the opening. It locks in place and comes with the door.

Q: Will the extra large be ok for a St. Bernard 180 pounds

Q: My door height is 79”. Is it adjustable?

I think so. I don’t recall have to do much with my standard height door regarding height, but I did need to use a dremel tool to shave off the inner ridges of the side trim piece to fit. Otherwise a really good product - been very pleased.
