I went back and forth on ordering this box, thinking how much can it really improve my pilates workouts but I am so happy I did. I am shocked how it increases not only the moves that I can do but improves my position, posture, balance, just so many things. The stick I have also been able to use not only for stability but in place of maple poles that some work outs require. The box is well made, sturdy and came very well packed as to not be damaged in shipping. The padding is just as substantial as that on my reformer. it also fit my pilates machine perfectly. I have not used the strap yet since my reformer came with a strap. I love this, use it and would highly recommend it to everyone.

GREAT ADDITION TO THE REFORMER! This box is really well constructed with a good weight and side handles to make carrying and positioning easier. It fits perfectly on the carriage and and won't budge when the strap is tied properly. (check the description as this will only fit on reformers with pully risers) It adds more variation to my workout. It takes a little work to get good at using this, but definitely worth the time and effort. Great seller, shipped and delivered quickly. I love this thing! The pole extends to different lengths to aid with variation during your workout. It also comes with an instructional DVD. I'm glad I purchased this package.

I am so happy that I ordered this! It totally completes my home pilates studio. I was a member of a pilates studio for more than one year and was very happy with the improvement in my strength and flexibility. But once COVID happened, it became really difficult to keep up with going to the studio to keep up my routine several days a week. Plus, all the new COVID restrictions just zapped all the fun out of going. I'm so happy now that I have my own equipment to use at home without all the stress and hassle. I totally recommend the Stamina long box and pilates reformer.

Works well

I have an old reformer. One of the originals. This box is perfect. Increased the options for my workout. It’s super comfy and sturdy. Highly recommend.

Very sturdy, well padded pilates box with handles.....def takes your workout to a higher level. Instructional DVD offers around 20 or more different exercise demo workouts (long box and short box), which is great to get you started on your routine. Gondola pole helps with stability in standing exercises on your reformer, as well as offers some additional advanced exercise moves on the box. Great product...well made....def a great addition to your reformer workouts!!

I just received this box for my Aeropilates reformer 393, and I like it already. Using the strap, I can get a great lower to upper ab workout, much better than just crunches. For those of us with a little bulge, it is actually easier to do crunches from the hyperextended position. I haven't tried the back position exercises, but I think they will expand my workout. My only complaint is that the foot strap is kind of a pain to put on and take off. I either have to undo the strap completely or loosen it alot then remove the rebounder to take it off the end. It should incorporate some type of quick release for those who want to remove and replace it frequently. The box is very sturdy and comfortable, though pricey. However, I would recommend.

Horribly put together. Zero quality. Dent in box from Stamina, so even before leaving US it was damaged. No worth money.
