Yummy healthy mustard - from a picky eater!
I used this when I was on the gut protocol diet (similar to AIP) and it worked great! Tastes really good! Normal size of any regular mustard bottle. I actually kept ordering it after I was no longer on the diet because I loved it but it is pricey which sucks! Not too hot at all, perfect flavor! Always arrived great and not broken or anything!

Made the switch
Hubs likes his spicy brown mustard. Won't eat the plain yellow. Found this organic type a while back. Started using it without telling I changed it. He really liked it. I'm not generally a fan of brown mustard, but this stuff is SO GOOD! The only one we use now. Not something found in stores on our area, so always have to get it (along with too many other items) online and shipped.
