Good quality product. I am extending the cable network in my house, and I did not wires hanging on the patio or going around the walls. This cable can go underground and makes it all look better because I can hide all the many connections I am running thru my house. I will have much more that I need, so will be saving the rest all the cable for when I need it. You will need some standard networking tools to customize the ends of the cables as needed.

I don’t know much about it other than I was asked to order it and it was installed and works. We had to order to replace a previous line that got caught in a weed trimmer.

I bought this cable not for data but to make an internal phone system linking my house to various out buildings that are not within my wife's yelling distance.This system is connected to an actual land line that is internal and not accessable to any outside service.This allows my wife to reach me on our farm easily and since cell service does not work where I live this is imperative.

I have purchased many miles of cable this year, and this was the worst cable I have ever seen! The outer jacket is very tough, so I originally thought I made the right choice. In fact, the jacket is so tough, the pull string easily breaks when you try to strip this outer coating. Why use such a pathetically weak string?? But the worst factor is the quality of the wires. These wires are so weak, you can easily break them simply by untwisting them the first time! To make things more challenging, the wires break INSIDE of the insulation, so the breaks are very difficult to find. I used about 400 feet of this cable and after many hours of troubleshooting, I finally ripped it out and threw the rest in the dumpster. I would not consider using this product again even if it was given to me free of charge!
