I am always cold, especially when I'm at work and this has been a game changer!! I was a little disappointed that it only has 3 settings but it doesn't need more than that. It heats up wonderfully and I love the added weight to the shoulder pads. I love that it ties around my waist and it auto shuts off. I absolutely recommend this!

I absolutely love this heating pad and use it almost daily. I'm actually wearing it as I sit here writing this review. The larger size is great and I love how long it is. It's made for all sizes of people. It's long enough to cover the back of my son, who's 6'2". I'm 5'8" and it covers every single part of me that typically hurts, from my neck to shoulders to back and it even covers my butt. Nothing better than a warm tushie. 🤣 I can feel a big difference in the tightness of my muscles after I use this. It's easy to put on and it stays put. There are adjustable snaps around the neck and a strap to tie around the waist that keep it firmly in place. This is well constructed with high quality fabric that's super soft and comfy. The heat controller has a slide button that helps you choose between the 3 levels of heat. The level 3 heat is perfect for when I'm feeling my worst. It really radiates into the muscles. The 90 minute auto-off function is nice, especially if you accidentally fall asleep, like I sometimes do. I haven't washed it yet, but it's supposed to be machine washable. My son and I both love this so much that I'm going to have to buy one just for him.

I have had it for more than a year and it still works great. I use it everyday for back and neck pain and I even wrap it around my knee and hip when they are hurting. It works great! I even bought one for my sister because I love it so much and decided she had to have one too. And I also bought one for my friend when she got in a car accident because it helps with pain so much.

This would have been great if it only came with the cord! I pulled it out of the box and only to find the heating pad but no cord to plug it in with. Returned it the next day and bought another brand that I’m used to. How disappointing!

This heating pad is great for helping relieve back pain. It covers your entire back, far more than any other heating pad we have ever had at least and when you suffer from pretty severe back pains it can be very comforting and soothing. The downside for us at least was that it is really not at all designed to fit plus size people and is extremely tight around the neck and cannot be snapped together for either of us in our household and is not even possible to use the little tie around the waist to help hold it in place. This overall hasn't been a huge big deal but it is worth keeping in mind if you are a plus size individual. The biggest disappointment was the fact that there is really no heating at all in the neck and it is zero help at all for neck pains. If you just need it for back pains however then this wouldn't be an issue it all depends on where you need relief.
