No cons, all pros! Love this blender. Every soup I have made so far turned out great. Easy to operate, easy to clean. Grab a few soup maker cookbooks and you're set!

This product actually works very well when it works, better than any other blender that we have bough.However, we returned the first one we bought after 3 weeks because it stopped working and received another one in exchange hoping that it will be fine, but after 3 months we had the same problem. We were not able to make it work. Since the return time in amazon expired, we will try contacting the company to see if they can help us.

Ok, so I have had this product for a little more than a week. I have to say I am extremely impressed with this product. This "Blender" goes above and beyond the expectations that I've had for it. There are a lot of good blenders that just blend that cost twice as much as this one but this one does a lot more than just blend. I would recommend this to anyone for sure!

We loved this blender until it stopped working after 4 months of use.

I love this machine. I take soup to work for lunch and usually get 3-4 portions out of each soup. It's not huge but it's just so easy! I throw whatever I have around (after I easily saute some onions), autosoup, autoblend, done! Plus it's so easy to clean. I raved about it to coworkers and two bought one- and then mine just died. First the autosoup button went out then the whole thing. But within 24 hours of contacting them by email, they've already got a replacement on the way. :) Sad I didn't get soup this week, but glad for their awesome customer service. No regrets.

3 months in:Gets used quite a bit, at least 2 times a day for smoothies. I returned it for a replacement 5 days after receiving, the plus button never worked.Used every day until a week ago, now it randomly turns off. My return window has past. Easy to use and fast. It makes making soup for 2 or 3 very easy. If you have a large family, I suggest getting 2. It's worth it.

I bought this for a Christmas gift and was told last month it had stopped working just past the return timeframe. The company never responded to my email. How embarrassing to give a defective gift!
