What is the distance of the spacing between the holes (center to center)

Because my brachets are already mounted and washers cover the holes, I had to measure my bolts center-to-center. I approximate 2 1/4" to 2 3/8".

Is there a wheelbarrow wall "holder" that works with the Truper 2-wheel version (plastic bucket) that will hold & secure it against a wall?

Check "The Family Handyman," where I have seen a simple wheelbarrow holder that should hold anything shaped remotely like a wheelbarrow.

How about on a DIY yard cart...with a steel rod all thru ?

It should work on a DIY cart if the steel rod used as an axle is the same size as the axle bracket and the inner diameter of the wheels..

Can these be spread open to fit 2&3/4" attachment holes?

They are already 2-3/8 spacing, so that would be only another 3/8 inch. I would say "probably," but that would distort the cylinders the axle fits into. Sounds like it might get a little messy. At $7.95 you wouldn't be risking much to try it. I take it you can't find the correct part to repair whatever it is you are trying to fix. Good luck!
