Consistently fantastic as expected. Try on salmon next time. We are big hot sauce fans in this house and buy this stuff in the bulk pack. Must keep a stockpile on hand! You know what I mean. This is one item we could not live without!!!

Ordered these tubes thinking there would be a long shelf life but the use by date was a week and 1/2 after I received the full order so not happy since I was looking to have a supply on hand over time not have to use all of the tubes in a short time frame.

I mix this with all my french's mustards, as i like it hot!

My supermarket has a sushi chef and he often has trays of sushi for purchase. When I go to the supermarket after a late night at work but don't want to cook and don't want McFood, I usually get a tray of that sushi. The sushi itself comes with a dab of wasabi but it always seemed that there wasn't enough wasabi for the amount of sushi, so I bought the S&B Prepared Wasabi in Tube for when the original wasabi ran out. I immediately realized that the wasabi that came with my sushi was worthless compared to the S&B. The S&B is easier to spread and is vastly more flavorful and hot. If Satan was a sushi chef, this is his wasabi. I am very serious in this warning though: If this is your first time with this wasabi, have water or milk or some liquid available that you can take gulps of because, if you overdo it, your head may pop off. As far as I am concerned though, this is the only wasabi that I need to buy. I don't even need to try anything else because it satisfies me and is worth the price which is why I give it 5 stars.
