Easy to take and works for restoring hair color.
I had some premature graying due to stress and these copper pills seems to have stopped the greying. Maybe it will even reverse it completely.

I bought this to assist with my anemia, joint probs and skin. I can't take normal iron supplements, I take beetroot. I added the copper to benefit the beetroot in helping my body be able to create more batural blood along with eating iron rich foods. Since taking it, I feel better. My joints don't hurt as much and I think its working well with the beetroot for anemia. Bottle comes with 100 tablets. Its a great buy and they don't have a taste and you can easily swallow them. I will buy the product again!
