## Description

The world's first premium paper filter by flow difference so you can enjoy your favorite coffee using three different methods. 1) Slower flow rate for light roasting suggested to enhance aroma and clean taste. 2) Medium flow rate for dark roast suggested to improve body and softness. 3) Faster flow rate for medium roast suggested to improve balance and fidelity. (Each bag includes 100 paper filters): for light roast: * for a clean aroma and cup * Thickness: 1: thickness 0.15mm * Density: high * Crepe on one side (no pancake inside and pancake outside) * There is no pancake inside the paper, so the inner surface is small. Fine coffee powders attach to this small area, so little water is left and then water accumulates inside the paper filter. When accumulating water, a lot of aromas come out. In addition, thanks to the outer pancake, liquid coffee drains easily. Because its paper density is high, almost all fine powders are perfectly removed. You can get a clean cup of coffee. For medium roast: * for balance and flavor * Thickness: 3: thickness 0.28mm * Density: low * Double-sided pancake (good balanced height) * Well balanced double-sided pancake lets water flow more easily. The area is larger among the three papers so that the water path can be preserved until the last time, even if all fine powders are fixed. The flowing water flow gives a cup with a rich, balanced flavor. The area is somewhat larger than that of the one-sided pancake, that is, the area of adhesion for fine powder is also larger. **Q: Do these fit the deep 45 degree dripper?**
A: Thank you for choosing CAFEC. I do recommend you to use 45 degree / deep paper filters for deep dripper to have smooth flow rate and correct size.  I hope it helps.

**Q: I have a hario v60. What size filter do I need?**
A: There are 2 sizes of v60. The 01 and 02.  The options are confusing but I bought the option for the 4 cup version which changes the text in the description to include"V60 02 style" , which is the most popular size of v60, which I have. Since it is the "02" I've always considered it the 2 cup version. I don't know whey they are calling it 4 cup. So, if you have the 02 version of v60, you want the 4 cup version of the filter.

**Q: I use a the regular v60 filter #2. Which one of these will fit my v60?**
A: 4-cup. Not sure why they call it a 4 cup. It is correct size for my v60 02.
