I’m a Speck fan and I love this case! I just wish the grips were rubber like on some of the other cases but those usually start peeling off after a few years. I don’t change cases very often.

I’ve been using Speck cases for a few years now and it does a great job protecting my phone after all the times it’s slipped out of my hands.

I like how slim the Speck cases are. I am not too hard on my phones but do drop on occasion. Never experienced a crack. Other big name brand probably provides better total protection but I prefer this model significantly for the low profile.2+ years before needing to replace a previous case.

I expected the typical GRIP as I have experienced on other Speck Products cell phone case/shells. The raised GRIP ridges on the clear plastic model (137606-5085) are absolutely HARD PLASTIC and should not be advertised as having raised GRIP ridges. The raised ridges ARE NOT the rubbery GRIP ridges (over-mold process) as found on many of the other fine Speck Products cell phone case/shells. This clear plastic model (137606-5085) is as slippery as any other hard plastic case/shell. However, the hard plastic raised ridges do prevent the back surface from showing scratches compared to the non-raised ridge models (137603-5085, 137604-9221, 137605-9135). Nonetheless, 137606-5085 is still a very fine case/shell, fits impeccably, great button feel, and offers the same great protection as do the other offerings from Speck Products.

I’ve bought this case 3 times now. Not because they sick but only because they get a bit hello like any other clear case. But to actually protect your phone bro it’s worth the money. I work on stilts and dropped my phone 10 feet high and protected my phone from that drop at least 10 times. It does turn yellow around 7 months but when you buy a new one you fall in love all over again. On some real doodoo it’s the best clear case with grip.

Having a clear color case that allows me to see the color of my phone is nice. I selected this case because of the grip texture. I wasn't disappointed, it's easier to securely hold the phone without risk of dropping it. I've seen some clear cases yellow over time and I haven't had this one long enough to report on that but so far so good. Highly recommended.

I have been rolling speck cases on my iPhones for years now. They’ve always been great, very sturdy but not bulky, and reasonably priced. So when I upgraded to an iPhone 12 I bought the first speck case I saw.I was a little disappointed in this one though. While the case is certainly still sturdy, protective, and relatively low profile, it is SUPER SLIPPERY. My favorite thing about speck cases was the rubbery grip strips on the back which made it really easy to hold, and made the phone safe to set down on sloped or smooth surfaces. With this case, the strips are still there but were replaced with clear smooth plastic, which does nothing for grip. I was really bummed out about this, and I definitely have dropped my phone more in the past few months with this case than ever in years with my old one.That aside, the case is still solid in construction and has done a good job protecting my phone, I just really wish it had that grip on the back.

Very nice at beginning. Hard plastic grips are fine, rare hand slip drops. This is my second Speck clear in 2 years. Had to replace each due to deteriorating edges and button tabs. Like clockwork, rot sets in 1-year mark. Switched to Otterbox Symmetry clear—will report how it holds up.

Honestly, really disappointed. Looks grippy, but it isn’t really. Normal Speck case are very good but they haven’t done well this year. Drop protection looks ok.

Speckのデザインは、これまで、iPhone4から愛用してきた様々なiPhoneケースの中で辿り着いた、一番パフォーマンスが気に入っているものです。つまり、持って良し、眺めて良し、落して？良し。このクリスタルケースの場合、唯一の弱点はデザインされたグリップ部までがクリスタルの為、これまでのウレタンで得てきたホールド感がやや薄い事(ゆえに-1☆)。しかし、それを補えるほどの輝きがこのケースにはあります。やっぱり、僕の「ベスト・オブ・ケース」です。

I’ve always like the Speck phone cases with the grip. It makes it easy to find when you reach into your purse to dig around for the phone. The grip also makes the phone feel secure in my hand. The clear case is very nice to show the phone colour. The case fits the iPhone 12 nicely. I am pleased with this phone case.
