Technicaly no. All Ducati exhausts are for "closed course competition only". This has always been a grey area when it comes to being street legal. There are a lot of motorcycles running around with loud aftermarket exhausts. Most states have sound requirements, but don't have decible meters. So it is up to the discretion of the local authorties to determine if an exhaust is legal or not. If your state measures emissions on motorcycles it may not pass. Ducati doesn't list anything regarding emission compliance on any of their exhaust.
