I love this garbage can. Great value for the price. Perfect size and allows for the correct size of garbage bags. I really love the little hinge on the back of the garbage can that prevents it from scratching up your wall. I actually came up cross this garbage can while I was on vacation in someone else's home. The hands free option and the great sizing.Are the key factors that brought me to purchase this item. It's much easier than having multiple garbage cans in your home.

The top stopped working after less than a year. This was my second NineStars garbage can that didn’t work for as long as I hoped. Supposedly the touchless top is guaranteed for two years. I filed an application for a refund and immediately received a reply saying that a ticket was generated and that a representative would be contacting within five business days. It’s going on a month now. I’ve sent follow up emails. No reply whatsoever.

I bought this trash can one year ago and looks like new.

Stylish can. Fits well in kitchen. Nice features. Deep bins.

The bins are an odd shape- not a deal breaker for me.The lid doesn’t stay open long enough. Should be 2 or 3 seconds longer!It does have an “open”, which I think stays open longer!?!? & it has a lock button: locks open or closed. This makes up for sensor-open-duration. And again- not a deal breaker for me!All other features are great:-The can rim trim captures the bags & the can stays clean even after dumping your sloppy junk in.-The footprint of the can is great for my small apartment. The can is wide & shallow but the bin sizes are adequate.I’ve owned three different automatic cans now. This one has been great!

Concept is great but mine does not operate all the time. Frequently when opens shuts so quickly have t hold it open to get trash in

I bought this in March 2023 and it's still on the same batteries and still works perfectly.
