I've recommended these light bulbs to all my neighbors. We live in a rural area of northern Michigan, where power outages from storms can leave us scrounging for candles in the dark. But to have these ready to immediately light up our world is convenient and much safer. Not only do these light buls emanate enough light to fill a room, but they can be unscrewed from the lamp you have them in, and screwed into the handy little bases that come with them. These have hooks on them, and keep them lit, so they can be carried around the dark house, or hung where you want them, to keep your world bright and hands free. The bulbs are meant to be used in everyday life to keep them charged. I can't attest to the number of hours they burn, but can say that one of the first ones I ordered lasted for many years, in the lamp next to chair I use for many hours every day, before it went out. I keep its little base nearby, so when the power goes out it will be easy to get my hands on. I carry the bulb down the 15 steps to the first floor, hook it on a light fixture, and the room is lit as if nothing has happened. I try to keep these in strategic places around the house, so our inside world stays safe and cozy. I wouldn't live without these special bulbs now that they've given me such security during power outages. .

Pretty amazing! The hardest part is remembering where you installed them if you don’t have a power outage for a long time, but they are lifesavers. They last a really long time and provide the same amount of light as if they were plugged in and then slowly dim rather than just shutting off.

My bedroom unfortunately has only one outlet which is on the opposite side of the room. When I receive these light bulbs I wasn’t sure if I could install them directly into the lamp without it being plugged.When I saw it didn’t work, unplugged I almost sent it back but I decided to look on Tik Tok and found a way to still use them. I’m so happy I did as they look stunning and work for the sole purposes of using them at night 😊Update 11/16/2022These lights only last 1 hour long until their dim. Not 3 hrs long. Maybe will be returning light bulbs back 🤷🏻‍♀️Update 11/28/2022While I wanted to return the lights, I realized they’re good for emergency. Ended up keeping them but not for what I originally intended them to be for. Hope this helps.

*Edit - I've been using these in all rooms and at first thought the "flickering" and odd power surge from bright to dimmer light was them being NEW. Nope - still flickering all the time and doing the surge/change in brightness etc. :0( Kinda bummed but thought I'd try these.Arrived packaged excellent. Bright white which I was pleased to see. The price was great and now have emergency lighting in all areas of our home. Can recommend. Can't comment on longevity yet as we just got them.

It will not last more than a couple of hours. We live in the back country, and we have power outages about 4 times a year. These are nice when power outages happen and give you opportunity to move around for a while. They are bright enough to use as an everyday light also.

These rechargeable bulbs which if charged in lamps properly… help you, if you’re like me and cannot afford a $13k+++ generator for your home… will help you keep the lights on when other homes are in darkness! First 6 or 8 pk I bought… i’d shared them with my close neighbors. So last Spring ‘23 started with power outages and tornado watches i said why do I only have 1? Oh ya! I ordered ASAP pre-2023’s Hurricane Idalia! Thank God and these bulbs! When the winds kicked things up in S.C. And power was out… I had charged up my new 8 pk of bulbs!

I am the Grintch,I did purchase this product and to be honest the product does work. You have to plug the bulb in but for how long is not known for a charge. I had it on while watching TV that night for two hours. I turned off the lights and screwed the bulb in to the special socket they give and the bulb was charged up and lighted up like you turn on your lights. I don't know how long the light will stay charged but if you do not have a generator hooked up to your house the bulbs will work. I would recommend the product because the product does what the seller states.The Grintch
