Works Great and Much Better Than Stick‑On Holders
This set works great and keeps the Foley tube secure without slipping. I really like that the strap is adjustable—unlike the stick‑on kind that can’t be moved once they’re in place. It comes in a pack of three, which is perfect because you can wash and dry one while still having another ready to use. It’s also much more comfortable to remove compared to adhesive holders, which can really hurt when you take them off. Overall, a simple but very effective solution. One tip: make sure you fasten the tube correctly. The first time I used it, I just slid the Foley tube under the blue Velcro strap, and it wasn’t very secure. I was using the long hospital‑style Foley bag, and when I stepped on the hose going up the stairs—ouch. Once I learned how to fasten it properly, it held perfectly.

If you have thin skin, you're going to want this in lieu of the hospital adhesive pad.
So my dad had to get gas because he could not urinate. This was at South Miami Hospital. You have to remember this is an emergency room, so they just use whatever they have. Well, the setup that they gave him, which was supposed to last for several days, before he had his prostate surgery, was not ideal. So I searched around on Amazon and I found this was the best urinary cath holder, to prevent the tugging of the catheter from the male penis. Which is one of the biggest gripes from Men. This helps prevent the tugging because you can adjust the leg strap, which a silicon beating in the back of it, so it does not slip down on your thigh. And there are many different variations on how you can adjust the strap and also adjust the tightness around the yellow tubing to make sure that doesn't tug on your penis. Overall, a very high quality product, and a good value. To anyone who's going through this, remember there is the Great physician, who heals. He is Jehovah Rapha. Have faith. This too shall pass. 💙

Necessity!
I had my catheter for 7 weeks and I'm so thankful I found these!! The hospital discharged me with medical tape and taped my foley to my leg since they couldn't find an adhesive holder wide enough to hold the foley. Ridiculous! This comes in a pack of 3. You velcro it to your leg and the rubber backing prevents slipping. Loved how secure this kept my foley. I'd even shower with it and had second one ready to change out. They did well in the washer. I let them air dry to prevent any damage. Definitely would recommend over any adhesive holder.

Good product for price
Bought this for a family member who was just fitted with catheter and experienced chaffing problems. He reports that the product worked well allowing him full movement without rashes or chaffing.

Hack: Use this strap to hold a urinary bag below your knee.
Here is a “hack” for this product: It does not stay on my thigh well. Instead, I use this band around the space between my knee and tibial tuberosity (the lump on the shin bone just below the knee). It does not slip down when wrapped around the leg here. Then I use the blue strap laced into the top holes of a 1 liter urinary bag to hold the top in place and use the white, elastic band that comes with the bag to hold it at the level of my sock. This works much better than the sleeve that can be bought to hold the urinary bag. The sleeve tends to slip down, no matter where I put it. This strap is washable in a machine, so it is very cost effective. Some other reviewer said that the velcro was too good. I agree. The velcro is difficult to unpeel. Even after several months of use and washing, the velcro still has a very tight grip.

It sounded like something I needed
But then I got them. They are somewhat like elastic bands that have what is supposed to be a sticky substance like rubber glue to hold it against the leg for support. There is also a blue strap to secure the catheter. When i put it around my thigh it seemed to hold for a little bit and then slipped. I then tried making it tighter around the leg but that did not help much. Now I wear size large clothes, so maybe it would work on someone who has thin legs. I do bathe everyday though so the slippage was not from oil buildup. If it matters, I wear the bag around my calf. Also I am pretty inactive now.
