This light is incredible for a number of reasons. It has enough options to please anyone and operates like a high end piece of equipment but it's not complicated at all to use, in fact I would say it's a great investment for a Beginning User or Advanced either one and I love that it comes with the storage totes to carry the equipment easily. It's my personal favorite lighting for 2021. It DOES include the stand and it's a really nice stand, it's lightweight but still sturdy and easy to adjust. Fully extended it reaches about 7 ft tall from the floor and is nice and sturdy when you set it up. It comes with the doors attached but if you want to remove them, no problem! Personally I like it with the doors on but that's just a matter of choice. You will want to buy Sony NPF-550/750 batteries for it and then you can take it on the go and use it anywhere. It's User Friendly with so many different custom options it's near limitless and it puts off amazing quality lighting. Perfect for YouTube/Vlogging, Photography, Art Shows, Musical Performances, and so many more uses. It's rare that I get this excited about a piece of equipment but this one is Top Of The Line Quality and Affordable in Pricing. My two favorite categories to get in a product! If I had to choose a favorite option it would be the Police Car light and my second choice is the Candle Effect. I should also mention that the app works great and isn't "buggy" or hard to use. Overall ease of use also played a major role in my rating because while it might look complicated & techy at first glance it's actually very easy to use and provides professional looking lighting. For the video I used a dressed up statue set up against a common whiteboard and you can clearly see the natural lighting in the room versus the product lighting, there is a MAJOR difference! When you see the light go off in the whiteboard reflection the picture gets really grainy and when the lights are on it's flawless. I filmed this with a cheap $50 no-name camera so imagine the outcome with a better quality camera! I cycled through the preset lighting modes but you can completely customize any aspect of the lighting you want including speed of color change and you can create any custom color you like with the app. I am really considering purchasing a second one as a gift for my sister & Brother in law because they own a professional Music Recording Studio and this light would be perfect for them because they record music videos in and out of the Studio and this travels easily, especially if you use the optional batteries. *If this review was helpful to you then please let me know by hitting the Helpful button, Thanks!*

Super high quality with multiple light and color options. Portable and versatile for all of your filming and photography needs. My wife uses this for her personal fitness business and the battery life is great and the height as adjustable as we need!

I've had these for years, and still going strong

I have three sets, for zoom college lessons from home. At fist I used diffusers, the D-Fuse small which fits. Now I removed everything, the internal glass diffuser and barn doors as well, and attached them to the walls pointed towards the wall. The wifi app was very sketchy. But the wifi master-slave configuration is very solid, adjust one and all three change the same way. Also, they have permanent memory, so I have them on one switch and get the lighting at the start of class in 5 seconds. I sometimes sing opera right before class for my math and physics students. These lights memorize, in addition to the temperature and intensity of white light, also the color and saturation of a colored light. So with one touch on one of the lights I can switch the room to red or purple, and sing Mephisto... The students appreciate it...

Great LED light, has master slave controls to connect wirelessly with other lights. Works great as a main light with its flexible color temperature and brightness adjustment. RGB colors act great as a background fill light. I've bought a few GVM lights and always find myself coming back to them because they're a great value compared to some high end and low end lights

Well I am not saavy in photography, but for the price you can't beat the features including the telescoping stand and downloadable app. I plan to learn more on video green screen for music video. The light is well worth the price for amateur or pro.

For a small business owner who does most of her selling online. This is the best light source for me.

First, the photo doesn't match the product. Second, a piece came off immediately after unpacking, and it was unclear where and how put it back. It was likely defected because it didn't fit anywhere. Overall, this purchase was a waste of time and money.

If you have some light from windows and just want a colorful back light this will not make a big difference. At night or in a darker room definitely work better.

I love this light, it was time to up my game as a content creator and add a little professionalism to my videos. This light came as a recommendation and I'm very happy to have it as part of my set up
