I wanted to edit this review after using this device. So, First let me just say that my initial assessment of this device and how sturdy it was was written before I used. it. After using it, nothing has changed, in fact I love it 10x more now. If you are worried about the suction cups not being strong enough, well I suggest you check out my image. I would be more worried about your floor. I weigh 235-240lbs, when I saw this device I was thinking "This thing is going to be popping off the floor nonstop, it is probably going to be a pain, but I'll try it since it is so cheap" Yea!!! This device rocks!!!! I can do both leg lift holding on to it with my hands and also it is amazing for sit ups.

I use this in my room on deployment, great for everything and used daily

was concerned at first because ? would it truly hold my weight (180lbs)? GUESS WHAT, IT DOES. it comes with three adhesive sheets to mount to your floor so the suction is.. extra suctiony. i had to maneuver the suctions a little bit so both were evenly and tightly placed, but it was worth it!!! thanks!!!!

I got this product for my son since he started boxing and wanted to strengthen his core. I attached the clear mat to my tile floor and then had my son attach the suction cups to it. He began doing his ab work and it stayed secured. He loves it

Only used it once but seems ok so far. Only issue I had was everything was just thrown in the box so the plastic seal for the floor was bent. Had to lay it flat and place something heavy on it for a day to flatten it out before applying.

It pinched my finger and gave me a blood blister. It also did not stick to my hardwood floor. It is real oak, so that might be why. My finger got zingered by the spring-loaded lever and it hurts like a sonobtch.

Suction cup is very good.light weight, efficient ! It's firm when it's used on the ground,You don't have to press your legs anymore,It’s perfect for those who don’t have the time to go to the gym and would like to exercise independently. You can do sit-up, push-up, plank... seriously if you are a home work out this is want you must have.This product is worth buying.
