Fit perfect for my 99 Tahoe 5.7 Replacing the factory part can be expensive with this adapter you cut out 3/4 of the cost. Very easy to install 22mm socket, 1 hose clamp. My factory adapter was a 27mm socket took 5mins an lost a little coolant. I would recommend anybody with the old 5.7 ..to change it now so you don't have a blowout down the road the factory plastic retaining clip that holds it all together gets brittle and will break eventually.

Delivered on time, packaged very well. Perfect fit, no issues. Replaced heater core inlet on intake manifold, 2000 gmc k3500 7.4L. Used the couple days shipping to prepare the truck(excessive penetrating oils, paraffin wax) truck has 328,000 miles(roughly). Still had OE fitting. And OE leak.
