Loved the watch but not the seller
So the watch looks good. But it was advertized as new but it is not. From the box it was obvious that it was not sealed, it is renewed, the tags and plastic on the band was not on the watch but instead was in the box (see picture).My concern was that it was advertized as new and not as renewed/ used

Warranty card
I have not received the warranty card with this watch. How can I get it?

Not water resistant at all，not even for hand wash.
I bought this as a gift for my mom. Within the first two weeks, water goes inside the watch, the glass became vague as the water vapor. Now my mom even need to take the watch off when washing hands. Good looking not useless as watch. Because my mom is in another country, have no idea how to return this it.
