Can I order a new plug? The rubber seal on mine is broken. Sink won’t hold water.

I’m nit sure if you can order a plug or not. Are you turning it so that it does holds the water and turn it to empty?

Am I understanding correctly that this basin is 12x12x approx 6in deep while in use? That seems so small.

We love this tub. It actually fits our sink perfectly. and is deep enough for our needs. It seems taller than six inches, but that is because the handles come higher. We also love the square-ness, and the drain at the bottom. We find it very functional.

Just received my basin used it today and it's stained of vegetables has anyone else had this problem and is there a customer service number I can call

I haven’t had any issues with staining. It wipes right up and cleans well. Sorry to hear this.

Can this be washed in the dishwasher?

I wouldn’t. Mine has a slow leak and it is not from the drainer. Might be from the area where the hard plastic and pliable material meet. Dishwasher may weaken the attachment.
