This necklace is trash! Ordered for my daughter on May 8 for her birthday on May 30. She’s barely used it in 2 weeks and the chain broke. Of course it’s too late to return now. Now I’ve got to find her another custom name necklace that’s better quality. Time wasted and disappointed kid.

Very good quality. I got it for my daughter since she had been wanting a necklace. It looks very pretty,not all cheap , love the packaging so it doesn't come all tangled and she can also use the cleaning cloth or comes with. Overall very satisfied.
