It's easy to assemble

Love these stars!
I needed some outdoor decoration on the front of my house. We live in the country and these stars are perfect. I bought 3 and I love them. They come unassembled. It takes a little finesse ... but each one only took about 10 minutes to assemble. They look great! Just as expected.

I will say it does look nice.
Very difficult to put together. The pieces had to be forced together it didn't fit naturally. I will say it does look nice.

Missing parts.......had to assemble. Not advertised as such!
I am extremely disappointed. I received star in parts without the screws and wing nuts that supposedly comes with it. Please advertise the assembly so that folks are aware that it comes in pieces. And please add all parts. Thanks.

Doesn't line up. Not happy.
I really hoped the star looked liked the picture. I should've read the reviews first. The description does not state "assembly required" so I was surprised when it arrived. The holes do not line up perfectly on each of the points so my star was going to have uneven edges and a hole in the middle. The last point I tried to attach had holes that didn't line up at all with the adjacent point. I checked it's holes with the other points and it wouldn't work with the others. Hubby says he would have to drill a new hole so it can be attached. Not happy! I love the look and finish of this star. I really wanted to love it but even if the new hole is drilled, the point edges won't align properly. Considering returning instead of messing with it.

Sturdy
I had a little trouble putting this star together to prevent a gap in the center, but still like it anyway. It goes together with two screws and wing nuts on each side. Mine looks a little wonky but I decided that it didn't need to be perfect. I painted it with chalk paint to match two smaller stars, then lightly sanded the embossing. The 3 stars look great above my kitchen cabinetry. This barn star would be great on a fence, on a mantle, or as tabletop decor.

Love this star, it is a bit challenging to put together but once you get it done it looks great.
