I was happy to find this pharmaceutical grade Glycine, and I'm very happy with the quality. As always, Swanson shipped immediately, and I received it very quickly. It is a slightly sweet powder, very easy to take with a small amount of water, there's no need to bother with capsules. I take it to help me sleep better, but Glycine has a lot of other benefits, it's worth doing some research on it.

Good quality product. Very fine, slightly sweet powder and Pharmaceutical Grade. Originally bought for post workout and as an alternative to consuming collagen supplements (boiled up cow skin). I can't say it helped with any kind of joint sorness or muscle sorness. It did seem to help with improving hair thickness a little. It is, however, very good at making you sleepy. Have this with 450mg of magnesium (oxide/aspartate) 1 hour before bed and you will sleep much better.I'm going to try some boiled cow skin and another brand of glycine and compare. Might some back to this brand.

Used this product a few times since buying and it has definitely helped me to fall and stay asleep. I still have sleep issues so it's may not the total answer for me but it's a good tool in my arsenal to sleep better.
