Perfect for Everyday Wear!
I bought these last year after having my first baby. I tired so many different products. These are by far my favorite. I wear them everyday as a breastfeeding mama. They are ACTUALLY discreet, unlike others I've tried. The are thin, and the silicone backing is flexible and molds to your body, making them super comfortable to wear. Although I don't recommend them for regular nighttime wear, I have fallen asleep while wearing them before. They have a close enough seal that when I wake up in the morning little to no milk has leaked. Overall, these are a 10/10 for daily wear and comfort. Not to mention they are really easy to clean. Just pop the front off and you have full access to the inside.

Fantastic for catching milk!!
First, you cannot tell you’re wearing them from the outside. They are very comfortable to wear in your bra. They catch the leaks from my letdowns or just other milk leaks if they are full while I’m sleeping. Yes, during my sleep!!! These work very well at night! I’ve been using them for 2 weeks at night and all day now. I start off sleeping on my stomach and eventually turn to side and back. And they have never leaked! It’s shocking and amazing. And some nights they’ll be half full and still don’t leak! I obviously don’t notice any discomfort with them at night either. Bras are not any tighter than normal either. I’ll get 4oz total in 24 hours of leaked milk that would have normally been in a pad! And that’s with basically no effort (except dumping into bottle and washing with soap daily) definitely no pumping required! The only thing I’ve noticed after using them now for 2 weeks is they can start to smell sour, so daily washing with soap is a must. I even had to soak in vinegar and boil them after a week because soap wasn’t cutting the smell. Also, I like to only wear these at home or a place I’m comfortable setting these out on a table/surface while I BF because they do have to lay flat or be stood up in something so they don’t leak out. Other than that, I don’t feel these at all while wearing and reach for these over pads now!

Great
Love these! They're comfortable, easy to clean and won't spill because there's not a hole at the top. The quality is great for the price, Im still glad they were HSA eligible.

Great for leaks
Great product, exactly as expected. Catches my milk when I’m leaking due to a clog or when I have to stretch out time between pump sessions. If not placed correctly the nipple will push against the back and then won’t release any milk, but if you take the time to position correctly with your body then it’ll catch whatever comes out.

Discreet comfortable collection chamber great for sore nipples
Below is a review of 4 options for catching milk and sore nipple protection to hopefully help another momma get the right product the first time rather than having to try and return a bunch of products while taking care of a new baby like I did. haakaa Ladybug- small nipple hole (painful on the areola) silicone is more rigid, I’m assuming to be able to suction but it’s just not conducive for healing sore nipples, uncomfortable to sleep in. Noticeable under bra. If looking for gentle suction for letdown but something baby can’t kick off, the Elvie Curve is amazing but unfortunately expensive. Medela TheraShells- look absolutely ridiculous, only about 2in in diameter so on any size breast these are going to be noticeable and weird looking. The inverted/flat nipple back has the smallest nipple opening that I can’t imagine it would fit anyones nipples comfortably and would further cause damage to the sore Areola. The sore nipple back is comfortable but I just felt silly wearing them because of how they looked. These may catch leaks but not much and they have vent holes at the top so I imagine they will leak if wearing them to bed. No suction. Phillips Avent- these come with shells with and without air vents depending on whether you want to use them for collecting milk or for sore nipples. I really thought out of the 4 these were going to be my favorite because of the shape of the silicone cushion but these were still painful on my areola. They also look unnatural under a bra and for bigger chested women are definitely going to be noticeable. Elvie Catch- a higher price point but definitely worth it. Out of the 4 options I tried, these were my favorite. Instantly comfortable, discreet under a bra, comfortable enough to sleep in. The silicone piece that touches the breast is soft and flexible and not rigid like the Haaka lady bugs and I feel will actually allow my nipples to heal. The collection container is small but at this point I care less about collecting and more about protecting my nipples from sticking to nipple pads. If you have long nipples, these may not work for you because of the flatter collection chamber, your nipples will touch the hard plastic, defeating the sore nipple purpose. But there’s about 3/4in depth so most nipples will fit fine. Taking apart and putting these back together is kind of a pain but doable. No suction like the haaka but I’m fine with that as my supply is now more regulated and engorgement isn’t such a huge problem. (If engorged and have sore nipples I highly recommend the Elvie Curve that has gentle suction and can’t be kicked off by baby as you’re nursing the other side. These are less comfy to sleep in but still doable and they have a large collection chamber.)

Not Bad, Not Worth The Price
I’ll start by saying, this could be the perfect product for a lot of women, it just wasn’t white what I needed. There is also a minor con to it, and it’s a bit expensive for it to have this flaw. Pros - Easy to use Easy to clean Very discreet Perfect if you have a smaller letdown (like .5 oz) or need to keeps your nipples from touching anything due to cracks or tenderness. Cons - My letdown is often greater than the capacity of these, and trying to remove them and set them down without spilling while also juggling a baby is challenging. I overflowed, especially on the left, more than once. The pour spout design is a bit tricky, and the last few drops don’t like to come out. When the capacity is only 1oz missing even a drop is frustrating Before my supply regulated I was steadily leaking and filling these within an hour. I’m on the go a lot and I couldn’t always stop to empty them nor did I have a container to save the milk in. If you don’t catch them in time it’s easy to overflow. And even if they’re only half full they splash around and you have to be careful bending over.

Effortless Milk Collection with Comfort & Discretion
The Elvie Catch is a game-changer for breastfeeding moms. They’re comfortable to wear, discreet under clothing, and do a fantastic job of collecting milk that would otherwise go to waste. The silicone material is soft and gentle, making them suitable for all-day wear and they stay in place much better than traditional breast pads. What I love most is how easy they are to use and clean. They’ve helped me build up a small freezer stash without the extra hassle of pumping. However, I would recommend being cautious when bending over, as there’s a slight risk of spillage if they’re too full. If you have a strong letdown, you’ll need to empty them frequently to avoid leaks. Highly recommended for busy moms!

MUST-have!
A MUST-have!!! I have saved up SO much milk just by catching what leaks from one breast while I’m nursing from the other. Phenomenal product. Inexpensive and feels well-made!

Great milk collectors
Great milk collectors! They are not too bulky and in my opinion they are very discreet under tighter clothing. Though they would probably look weird with larger breasts. Very comfortable, no leaks when bending over, and easy to clean.

Amaziiing!!
My doctor recommended the hakaa one, but I decided to do my research and I read a detailed positive review here so decided to get the elvie and I’m so glad I did! Super easy to use and finally done with leaking the whole time and having to change my clothes 10x a day lol, not really noticeable under the bra and you definitely don’t feel them

Amazing
Incredible! I was soaking through breast pads before I brought these. Very easy to clean and the quality is amazing. I was able to collect 8oz of milk that would’ve gone to waste and turn the milk into a lotion for my babies eczema. Very comfortable to the point I’d forget I’m wearing them. I’d fall asleep wearing them by mistake and no milk would leak out of them. Very discreet in a bra. 10/10 for these!
