Gorgeous.
This tree is gorgeous. It is a bit flimsy- but I live in California, so besides the wind-it’s fine in our weather. The lights exceed expectation and has really created an extra addition to our house this year. I’m buying another one.

Very Pretty Easy Setup!
The media could not be loaded. This is very pretty and took no time to set up! It does require two AAA batteries for the remote that do not come with it. Make sure you have the post pushed all the way down into the base so the tree is not wobbly. I would absolutely buy this again and my husband loved it too!

Love The Light Show
I bought this to go outside. Unfortunately it is not sturdy enough to go outside. It is very light, the tree portion is only connected to the base at the top by the star, so the tree portion can be moved by barely touching it, (or the slightest breeze outside), and the light strands are easily moved and disarranged.I do have it in my house, and I absolutely love the lightshow effects. That portion of this product is stunning. I can sit and watch it for hours, it is very enjoyable.I wish they could beef it up a bit to make it capable of sitting outside without being blown around and disarranged. Then I would likely buy two more for more yard decorations, and I would definitely give it a five star rating.

Simply amazing.
AMAZING. Hands down the best item to buy for Christmas display.. it truly is amazing. I bought it towards the end of the year so I did not put it outside, but I can’t wait to next season.. The lights do just kind of lay on the tree and start at the top and hang down, so I will have to make some adjustments to ensure it is sturdy enough to be outdoors, but it won’t take but 5 minutes to modify with some zip ties.

Great Tree. Great Concept. Disappointing Light Modes
This tree is of reasonable quality for the price and, as described, is really easy to set up. The lights are bright and easily seen from a distance. The tree stores flat when not in use, which is also a great feature. The pencil design (smaller diameter than traditional trees) makes it easy to fit in smaller areas while still looking like a full-size tree.As I unboxed and set up this tree for the first time, I was very pleased. I felt we purchased a winning addition to our Christmas decorations. Sadly, that changed when I turned on the lights. The 18 light modes seem designed by someone on a caffeine overdose. This is not a peaceful tree. ALL of its flash modes are jarring. It looks like a Christmas tree but flashes like the Fourth of July. The light-show options cannot be slowed. Surprisingly, you cannot stop the motion (commotion) in favor of an always-on display. If you want a tree that would compete for attention in Times Square, this is the one. If you want something more serene in your home, this won't do.If the designers provided more serene options or gave the user more control over the lights, I could see us buying multiple trees of various sizes to decorate various areas of our home. For indoor use, this tree is perfect in every respect, but the jarring light-shows negate all other benefits. Item returned.Tips to Seller:1. Provide more serene lighting options. Give users more choices and control. Provide solid-green and other solid-color options.2. Stop advertising this as an outdoor product. It is not sturdy enough to withstand the elements and the light strands do not attach, allowing them to blow freely in the wind.3. Spend a little more money on product quality. As it is, it is adequate for indoor use, but just barely. It could be better made.4. Your design idea is really good. With these improvements you will have a winning product.

Absolutely beautiful!
Absolutely beautiful and easy to assemble. We put it in our front yard and all the neighbors loved it. The tree needs a way to anchor it to the ground if you have windy weather though, we used a 45 pound weight. I Love it and look forward to many more years of using it.

Tree is not high quality....but
I am in my 60's and have purchased many items throughout my life. There have been many where I, particularly, planned on writing a review about. Amazon products fall into that category. I assembled this tree the day that I received it. The tree is in a box within a box. Upon opening it, I see the words in big, bold print "Made In China". I immediately think, for the price I paid for this tree, what is the quality going to be like. Well, upon inspecting everything, the quality is not that top notch but I certainly wanted to see this to the end. I looked at the instruction sheet (instructions need an overhaul) to see that I had all pieces that I'm supposed to have. I spotted two issues right off the bat. First, I should have 3 poles, all with male ends (according to the instruction graphics). My box had only 2 poles with male ends. The third pole was just a tubular pole section. This would come into play later on in the assembly. I was missing the small piece that goes between the top of the top pole and the star. This is where the third pole (with the male end) would come into play. If that top pole would have had a male end the star would have fit on the top of the tree because the small piece that was missing from my box would have been between the top of the top pole and the star. Since there was no connecting piece and no third pole with a male end the star had no place to seat itself. I had to jimmy-rig something to keep the star in place. Further along in the instructions, you are instructed to pull the tree straight up out of the box and put it over the pole (like putting a lampshade over a lamp). That was easy enough. You then were instructed to take the lights and drape them over the tree. The light are not already on the tree. I draped them over the tree but they hang loosely. You are to separate the string of lights so that they are even distributed around the tree. Once I did that (they still hung loosely), my wife (in order to have the lights somewhat stay in place) had the idea to weave the light strings in and out of the tree rings. We only did this in two places for each string of lights. Now the tree was assembled and ready to be plugged in. At this point I would have given this product a 3 star rating. The numerous light patterns that the lights gave off bumped this product up another star. Keep the string of lights uniform around the tree and the light show was fantastic. There has to be at least 20 different patterns (this was right out of the box, I did not have to pair up anything). I assembled this tree indoors. I then took it outside (it was still light out). Anchoring the tree is a must to do (I think a 10MPH wind would knock this over). I duct taped the three legs to a concrete slab and put a brick on top of each leg. At night, the light show is hard to take your eyes off. I'm hoping I get a few years out of this. When the time comes to put it away, I will not dis-assemble it but instead will get a large plastic bag to cover it and store it. I also think that I will put a large bag over it during the times I think the weather, especially rain, might be in the forecast. I agree with some purchasers who think this might not be such a great outdoor item but I am willing to take the chance especially since I've taken steps to anchor it. I did/do not need to use the remote that came with it as I just connected it to an already existing extension cord that I used for the lights around my front door, of which I already use a remote.
