I read some reviews before buying, as we all should do and I saw how others said it was bigger than they expected. I did NOT prepare for how large this pin was when it finally came. It is much larger than your standard pin, and it is as large as a communicator badge. If that is exactly what you are looking for, then tweet-tweedle-doo you found something that will suit your needs great. Otherwise this is pretty clunky.Its actual quality is descent; it's shiny and gold with no scratches or rough edges BUT the pin that secures it to whatever you're sticking it too is on the bottom so it is off-center and it pulls AWAY, so there is a constant point of stress. It will not lay flush to wherever you put it due to the poor choice in location. Overall I am very disappointed in this pin but will keep it because I have crafting supplies to fix the awkward pin placement.I do NOT recommend this product.

So cute but poorly designed. The pin was not strong enough to support the metal weight and the badge would not stay up right but rather kept folding over.

Love it but the pin is placed at the bottom of the pin so it constantly falls down forward. I will have to glue a another up higher.

Silver was scratched off and pin is way bigger than the actual prop. Will not buy again.

While it's a comfortably solid shape on the front, the the pin on the back actually causes some trouble.The one I received had some metal sticking off the side of the pin's point, which I'm still in the process of sanding down.If I understand the pin versus the catch holding it in place, the pin is too thick to slide in and out of the catch's slot. I think this has scraped the groove into the pin the first time I'd opened it.

If you are a Star Trek Fan....this is a MUST HAVE! It is Logical :) Perfect size. Should have bought two. One to wear and one to keep! Next time!
