This device is amazing. Battery life last so long I believe I go 2-3 month before charging, as a truck driver this is huge. Clear sound and noise cancellation is very good, I always ask the person on the other line if they hear me when dealing with loud noises and they don’t hear the background noise just my voice which is incredible. Also accidentally put the headset through the wash and dry and still operates just fine. Super comfortable on the ear.

i would compare this product to blue parrot headset, battery life is great, plays media. I work in trucking so everything is noisy everyday and the noise cancelation makes my calls sound like i am calling from an office, its very crystal clear and i recommend this headset to anyone working in a driving career. the headset is very light weight and comfortable fit to the ear. sometimes i don't even notice it on my head. very easy to set up and the off switch is so much better then a push button hold to turn on and off. all the controls are very easy to use. For the money which is at a steal price of only 40$ dollars compared to other brands this one fits a budge for quality.

Edit after two months: I'm still very pleased with this headset but have encountered a couple minor things that some might not want to deal with. I wear glasses and had made a previous edit stating that it became uncomfortable to wear for a little while, even with the smallest sized rubber ear piece, in my left ear and my theory was that my glasses were pushing the earpiece away causing it's "grip" on my ear to feel more pronounced and apply more pressure on my ear canal that what it would be if I were not wearing glasses. I've since discovered this problem doesn't occur if I wear it on my right ear, so what can I say... I have must have a weirdly shaped left ear. One other thing that I've noticed happen, and this only affects people who have more than one phone they wish to pair simultaneously: I have a personal Android phone and a work iPhone. I can have a conversation with my iPhone with no problem, if I have a conversation with my Android phone I will hear periodic beeps about every minute and notice that the iPhone says its connection to the bluetooth is being re-established over and over as indicated by the "Connected to" pop up that appears on the screen. The only fix I've found for this is to temporarily shut off bluetooth connectivity on the iphone so it stops doing that while talking on the android phone, then after I'm done talking on the android, turn bluetooth on the iphone back on and power cycle the ear piece so it reconnects to the iphone again. So that kinda sucks. My old earpiece didn't have this problem... but I can settle for it given how much better everything else about this device is vs. my old headset. ----end of edit--- My job requires me to do a lot traveling and making phones calls from the road. My last bluetooth headset was a Sennheiser which did not have any noise cancellation, had a very thin plastic/rubber loop to go over the ear which would often break and require me to use superglue to fix, did not reach into my ear very deep, was difficult to hear people with while driving sometimes. It also had this flaky power switch that was a real hair trigger and lately the headset has been turning itself off and on at random times so it was certainly time for a new one. This headset is fantastic by comparison to my old Sennheiser. The first and most important thing to me was noise cancellation. I tested this out with a call to my mom while I was driving through a carwash and she couldn't hear it at all. I also called a friend while standing next to a pressure cooker in the kitchen that was hissing steam through a rocker and they too could not hear any noise. So that is amazing to me. The next important thing to me was the ability to hear others, and this does the trick very well. The part that fits in your ear is a very thin, delicate, soft rubber membrane that will conform to the shape of your ear canal and it is comfortable. It forms a great seal and it's much easier to hear people. The audio quality is also excellent; crystal clear highs, clean lows. They send several other sizes of this part which you can exchange out to find one that fits you best. The one that was already on it is a perfect fit for me and there's a spare included in case I need to replace it for some reason. It's also very easy to clean/wipe off so you don't have to worry about a wax build up. The next important thing to me was the ability to pair it with 2 different phones at the same time. I have a personal phone and a work phone and they are both connected. If I'm talking on one phone and I get a phone call on the other the call I am on is not interrupted, I can hear a couple soft beeps repeat notifying me that there's an incoming call, it does not disconnect from the first phone while the other call is coming in, and if I take the call on the other phone I don't have to hang the first one up, I can just answer on the second phone and the first phone call will end. So this is exactly the behavior I was looking for. I haven't used this long enough to review battery life but, I mean, look at the thing. It's got a beefy battery in there; it's gonna last more than anybody would ever need in a single day. The only thing I'm having to get used to is having a boom mic that's that long, but that's what you want if you want to ensure people can hear you clearly. The other thing is the need to use 2 hands to get it on my ear. The top of the loop is basically flexible rubber that wants to spring back shut and hug your ear after putting it on. Once it's on you can pivot the mic a few degrees side to side so to keep it from rubbing against your face and at the same time helping the ear piece rubber bit wiggle into your ear slightly more for an even better seal if needed. This is one hell of a steal and I'm very very happy with this headset. It is worth every penny and then some.

My original standard was a Plantronics headset of similar design. The Plantronics unit had a case with a battery that would recharge the headset when it was in the case. Some downsides were it either had to go in the case to charge or use a proprietary magnetic charging piece. This unit charges off of USB-C, quickly. Lasts 4+ hours of talking and days/weeks on standby. Range is great, noise canceling much better than I'd expect and pairs easily most of the time. In fact, the onky time I had issues with it pairing the manufacturer sent me a free replacement, which is still in the box, because I managed to get this one working again. That was 2 years ago. This is usually hanging on my necklace for easy access, it's been dropped in water and still works 3 years later with constant use. When I was a field tech I'd use it all day, worked well with my laptop and phone. Does well for MSTeams, Zoom, Soft Phone apps, etc. on mobile and computer. Onky issue I have now is I lost the earpiece rubber somewhere and need to find the case to see if I still have a spare or order the rubber piece. I'd buy the whole unit again if I needed it. Even gave one of my spares (teh replacement) to a friend that needed it quickly, so he bought a replacement. That's still in the box.

I have been using Plantronics Headsets forever. Love 'em. But, they only last me a couple of years, then in the can. Also, the last tree Plantronics headsets I've owned (Legend and 5200UC) have lousy noise cancelling, compared to their predecessors. So I thought I'd look for an alternative. Came across this little guy. reviews were mostly good, so I gave it a try. Here's the skinny: Pros: 1) The sound quality is good even my my Diesel Pickup. 2) Price is great. 3) Noise Cancelling is great. Cons: 1) The piece that goes behind the ear is too straight and it hurts my ear. I used to wear the Plantronics all day and essentially forget it was there. Not so with the Conambo. 15 minutes and I'm taking it off! It's gotten a little better with time, but not very comfy! 2) The answer button is in a weird place and hurts my ear when I press it, unless I brace another finger behind the mic boom right at the top. The seal on the earpiece (smallest one) is so tight that when I press the answer button, it "pops" my ear drum! 3) The voice command integration is clunky, and automatically turns the "voice feedback" volume all the way up so that it seriously hurts my ears when it talks to me! I have to go into my phone settings every time I turn it on, to adjust the volume back down. Very irritating! 4) The battery life is long because the darn thing goes to sleep all the time. If I'm using it for navigation, I miss the first half of every instruction. I would rather have shorter battery life, than deal with this. I use my headset for navigation ALOT, so on this, it is a complete fail! In summary, the basic device is great. They just need to address the issues above to fine-tune the unit. If they fix the issues I mentioned, it would be five stars. Update, 7/5/2022: So the unit finally broke in two. It cam apart at the swivel joint, and won't stay together anymore. Worked for awhile in this condition, but failed a few days later. Can't figure out how to get tech support on their website, so.. I went back to a Plantronics 5200 and wow! Hugely better product!

These are much better than I expected. Given the affordable price of this headset I figured it would be slightly above average. This has turned out to be an incredible headset. I was underwhelmed by the earpieces at first because I'm used to earbuds that fit more firmly into the ear canal however with the correct size it actually fills the opening of my ear in a way that made it very light and comfortable and also gave incredible sound quality while feeling secure. There were also more earpiece sizes than I expected. Some are shaped little flatter than others and there are about three different sizes. I believe there were seven different silicone earpieces total. The sound quality and range is where this headset sets itself apart. I guess there must be something to the 5.1 technology because it has way better range than my 5.0 earbuds. I make several calls a day from my work and I'm constantly on the phone which is why I use a headset. I have previously been using a bigger "call center" style headset that fits over the ear. The sound quality is amazing but they are also about $150. I wanted to get something different because they are cumbersome and kind of annoying. These have been far better than I expected. I waited a long time to switch because I assumed the sound quality would go down both on my end listening as well as my voice delivery but this has not been true. I highly recommend this product if you want something that is comfortable and compact. The flat profile case is also great because it does into one of the front pockets on my computer bag theory easily. There's nothing negative I have to say about this product.

It worked ok for about 6 months when it just stopped connecting. I have tried connecting to various devices, and it won't connect to any of them. Edited to add: Shortly after posting my review, I received an email offering me a $20 Amazon gift card if I would delete my negative review. That's not even enough to purchase a new one. No offer to make it right. Just a bribe to remove my negative comment. I won't be purchasing anything from this brand or seller again. Additional Update: After updating my negative review to show their lack of concern I received another email from the seller: "We are just a small business doing online stores. We need a good reputation to support our store. Please don’t worry about after-sales service. You can always contact us to solve any problems. If you do not mind, could you kindly help us update your comments after the issue has been resolved ,and we can issue you refund $20 for the trouble！！！" I have a number of issues with this: "Don't worry about after-sales service"??? I think that speaks for itself... "You can always contact us to solve any problems." Well I am in contact, and there has been no offer to resolve the issue. "...update your comments after the issue has been resolved ,and we can issue you refund $20 for the trouble." The issue won't be resolved because they are making no attempt to correct the actual problem. Still no offer of a refund. Still no offer of a replacement item. All the seller is worried about is getting rid of honest reviews and ratings. They aren't worried about customer service or quality product. They won't even offer a gift card with enough value to re-purchase the same product!

The sound quality is excellent. My coworkers have told me that it sounds like I'm in the room with them so I'm happy about that. Noise cancellations seems to also be very good sometimes there's heavy traffic outside of our home and it could be heard on my old headset, but now no one notices the traffic and I don't have to mute nearly as often. Perhaps it is my ears but I find the fit over the top of my ear to be a little difficult with my glasses however with some small adjustments with the angle after the first few days of using it I found a comfortable spot where the earpiece sat within my ear and over the top of it without any discomfort for a full day of work. The buttons on the back are easily accessible and are easy to find with the tip of your finger and the mute button stands out so you can quickly click it. The USB-C charge cable that it comes with is short however I am very happy to say that charge time is very quick and I easily get a full week of work out of my headset with it connected via Bluetooth to my HP laptop without any issues. It does go into a standby mode when I am not on an active call therefore preserving even more power which is a nice feature. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a headset for work or conferences etc. It comes with additional earpieces to fit your individual ear canal and the mic boom is fully adjustable up and down and doesn't get in the way of your mouth or within your vision which I like.
