We highly recommend this powder. Have used this over the past few years and can testify to its efficacy. Easily mixes with water and works quickly to restore depletion. First learned about this product from our Chiropractor. For anyone working in the elements, I say you won’t be disappointed.

The negative reviews of this product are surprising to me, since this is the electrolyte mix I've been searching for but not found elsewhere. Finally a product without stevia, which I find gross in all its forms, and which doesn't agree with me. I'm okay with the small amount of sugar here. Another unwanted it doesn't contain is B-vitamins, which I'm sensitive to and can obtain elsewhere. I tend to add a scoop to a quart of water in a mason jar and drink over time. I hardly taste anything. At first I would add some coconut water to the mix, for flavor but now I'm fine with it plain.

I ordered this and when I received it I was in the middle of food poisoning. This product helped keep me hydrated during the ordeal. Since then I have used this prior to running and it has helped reduce cramping and fatigue. The only down side is the taste is not the best. I will be buying this again.

pure products are good. Husband uses daily throughout summer because working in heat but we both often use for a boost..

Thank you for making a product with a lot few fillers, colors, chemicals, calories and artificial flavors than any other brand I could find. It helped me recover and get through my critical medical issues and recovery. I don’t want to pollute my body with brands with colors and unnecessary chemicals and artificial flavors in the product. It taste like canned coconut water, it’s much better taste than drinking chemicals for added flavor.

It tastes awful. I should have read the reviews. Supposed to be lemon-lime, but is not; taste not easy to describe -- is weak, chemically taste, thought at first that I just needed to add more powder to get the lemon-lime flavor, but NOPE! BTW, this can't be returned. I will see if I can get some money back. I previously used a great Thorne product called "Catalyte", but Amazon was out of it, so I gave this a try, since I had been happy with a different Pure Encapsulations product. But, this is terrible!! DO NOT BUY!

This product provides a good source of electrolytes with lower salt content. I wish it the lemon/a flavor showed up more. But that’s very secondary.

This electrolytes formula was prescribed to me by my naturopathic physician. I prefer it to sports drinks since it doesn’t contain the unneeded ingredients most of those drinks have in them. As far as flavor/texture, it was recommended that I scoop onto my tongue (little by little or you’ll cough) and then drink water afterwards-I find that it tastes almost like pixie sticks (not as sweet). It works very fast at restoring energy. I took some shortly after a tennis lesson in 99* heat and felt it worked very quickly at replenishing my body of electrolytes. My kids also prefer taking it as straight powder than mixed in water.
