Great Product, Really Effective and Helpful!
Super great product. Really helped the rehabilitation of my pulley injury by applying pressure right where I needed it. I much preferred this to taping. I highly recommend this for any rock climbers that don’t want to deal with applying and removing tape on a daily basis for several weeks at a time.

Great product but watch out if you have larger than average fingers
First of all this product is amazing in the sense of keeping your compromised pulley close to your finger bones and preventing it from pulling away while it heals (also probably prevents it from being further damaged). The taping is a little tricky to get the tightness right but once you do it feels and works great. I will second what others have said though about sizing. I have fairly average size fingers, but if you are a larger handed climber (and/or you just have a lot of injury related swelling) they may not fit around your finger. The largest size just barely fits my middle finger. Now that my finger swelling is reduced it fits a little better but it's still very close. A couple larger sizes in the box would be great to help others!

Too small for average male fingers
This is a good quality product but it is too small. I have average sized fingers for a male climber, but the biggest size is too small for my middle finger A2 (it is still swollen after a few weeks). My other middle finger is a couple sizes smaller. I’ll hold onto these for friends and maybe as the swelling goes down but I really wish they had sizes 20-22 for sale as well.

Really help recovery in early stages.
Clearly it helps support the tendon better than tape, though tape is a great deterrent to not use the finger.Mike haven't broken like others reported but they've definitely stretched. Either way it's good to have multiple sizes so I can interchange depending on how swollen my finger is.Can't imagine climbing with these though to be honest.

Great concept, terrible product execution. Cheap and flimsy...
Concept is right for treating a pulley injury but unfortunately the product itself is lackluster. As others have said the plastic is cheap and flimsy. After a day of use it flexes so the only way to keep it maintaining proper tension is to constantly have it wrapped with tape...but if you do that you have to be careful as you'll start to get a blister on the top of your finger. That was unfortunately only part one of where it went wrong...bigger issue is most sizes are too small (I wear a size 8 ring) and both that did fit ended up breaking within a couple of days. I wanted it to work because I need it but will have to look elsewhere...

Good product for serious pulley injuries
Bottom line: the pulley pal provides good support while allowing blood flow to the finger - exactly as advertised.Comparison of the performance of the pulley pal to plain-old climber's tape:(1) Unlike climber's tape, the pulley pal sometimes slides around a little bit while climbing (especially on sweaty days). To avoid this, it really has to be taped down well. For me, there was a bit of a learning curve in getting this aspect of the taping right.(2) Unlike climber's tape, once the pulley pal is taped down, it will not loosen up over a climbing session. It is as firm and supportive at the end of two hours of climbing as it is at the beginning.(3) Since the pulley pal is rigid plastic, there is no give whatsoever when the finger is flexed. This seems to be good from the perspective of support (which is why you'd be wearing this in the first place), but it also can lead to the pulley pal being a bit painful. Getting it snugged down just right, so it's neither too tight nor too loose, takes a bit of practice.(4) The pulley pal allows far more blood flow to the finger than tape, even while being tighter. This is the biggest advantage, as far as I can tell.Sizing: I have average-sized hands (for a man). My guess is that the range of sizes provided will be cover probably 90 percent of men on their ring and middle fingers.Best use: I have a niggling pulley injury in my ring finger. For that, I will continue to use climber's tape; it provides adequate support and is slightly easier to use. But for my middle finger, which is recovering from a more serious strain, the pulley pal has been great. It provides more support than tape and provides it more consistently over a session. So my tentative conclusion is that the pulley pal is best for sightly more serious pulley injuries, and climber's tape is better for those little injuries that need just a small amount of extra support.

sizes way too small
Great concept but sizes are way too small. I'm average 5'9" guy with injured middle finger A2 pulley. The largest size in box is 19mm and it's way too tight. I have no idea how their smallest sizes would fit anyone over young child size.

A+
Good product. Lots of different sizes so the right one is bound to be in there. Had to communicate with the seller and they were quick to reply. I'd recommend
