I rated it as high as I could without making it sound like you would enjoy reading it. The writing is tough to understand. It has way too many unnecessary parts of speech that tangle up the core meaning. And it was written about 100 years ago in a university style manuscript. But it was really meant to be used by everyone. The core concept are helpful for any century. But finding those nuggets of wisdom is just like the real work of mining for gold.
