Very good experience so far!
The product was delivered on time of the estimated arrival date. It was safely double packaged in discreet boxes. When I received the computer it came with a very comprehensive checklist consisting of numerous tests to make sure every part of this computer was in working order and time stamped for one day AFTER the initial purchase. It is true plug and play as the tests indicated the operating system and all other features were up to date. Within 10 minutes of unboxing I was online with the wifi adapter I received with the product. I can only speak of its performance mildly as I have only had the computer online for 2 days. I am used to lower end computers used mainly for steam indy games and world of warcraft. This computer has been a massive improvement from the start as I've been able to put WoWs graphics on ultra settings without remotely stressing the pc. In fact I've been able to install and run high quality Triple A titles like CoD 4 and apex legends easily. As I stated I have only had it a few days but it seems well worth the money. As for the company selling the product I have no complaints wouldn't hesitate purchasing another product from them. 10/10 so far

Not worth buying a graphic card system broke down completely in two weeks of used.
At first I was having a little bit of difficulties using the computer because I was told I have to update the drive something that wasn't done by cuk which should have been done. I had to call Windows technical support for help I also couldn't use my microphone for a long time got that fixed because I had to update the drive. After that was done I went back to the gaming and my monitor keeps shutting down through the PC and I believe it's because I was told I don't have a graphics card. With those that make any freaking sense to me that I don't have a freaking graphics card for a gaming mantis PC about $1,400 and no graphic card. So I can't really game the way I wanted the game I should have just bought a different type of build PC. I was told I could have got something for 800 and work way better than this one. Very disappointed. UPDATED: after using this computer for two and a half it broke down on me completely. I unplugged every wired and replug it the PC light comes on on standby but the complete system will not stay running. seller was giving me an issue with returning the item after the item had broke down on me within two weeks of actually using it. the return window wasn't closed. Seller refuse to refund me my money and claims and said my return window was closed and it surely wasn't I contact the seller about 4 to 3 days before my return window has closed. It took them at least a day or two to contact me back and replied that my window closed and that they will only fix the item or give me technical support by phone. I refuse to take this offer due to the fact that I bought this less than a month and it broke down on me within two weeks of using it. I couldn't use it before that because there was no volume the desktop and the drive was not updated I had to contact Windows 10 for support for help and that's how I found out that there was issues with this desktop it was constantly crashing and giving me bugs. I'm new at this and I'm not too good with PC so for someone to take advantage of Someone Like Me. I will definitely not recommend this seller to anyone!!!!!!!

Good product
Lack of strong video and ability to overclock easily. Other then that a good low end gaming machine.

Great BUT It didn't have a dedicated GPU therefore not VR ready
I chose this computer because I was able to get 36 gig of RAM and 2 TB of hard drive storage built-in. I could not find that combination prebuilt without paying over 2k. The possibilities for speed are present, but it does NOT have a dedicated graphics card. That is a big deal if you want everything already in it. With a little upgrade you get (my version of) a first-class computer for less than 2k. I had to install a $500 graphics card to make it VR compatible. Graphic cards are super expensive right now and I could not find a great prebuilt computer with all the speed for less than 2k. I assumed it was the graphic card shortage. The price of graphic cards is supposed to be dropping because of the Bitcoin restrictions in China. Apparently, China was buying a lot of the GPUs for Bitcoin mining. If you want a dedicated GPU, you just add it yourself.I am still happy because it has really good basic components and with the graphics card that I added it is PERFECT.

Gaming PC
I bought it for the purpose to game. I’m new to PC and I showed it off to one of my friends and they told me it was a great PC. The installation was somewhat easy, considering I’m new to messing with cables on the back. I would recommend using a Ethernet cable instead of using the Wifi, but maybe that’s my Wifi problem if my Wifi range is low. Other else than that I have no complaints so far.

What can I say
Ok so I should have read the reviews before I bought it. It didn’t come with a graphics card and I want to say about a month after it started crashing and booting into the bios it doesn’t do it all the time but I don’t know what’s causing this and so I bought a graphics card and put in there it still crashes and goes to bios. Everything was nicely put together would have been nice to be easily to get to though

VGA out
No video signal. Has a problem with the on-board video. It has VGA out for video... Welcome to the 1990's... Seriously, I had a hard time locating a "vga to hdmi" cable. No one had this. I located the opposite only "hdmi to vga". Forced to buy a vid card for this. This is not a gaming computer until you add/buy a video card for this... then it's good-to-go. Aside from that, this pc is screaming fast, snappy, quiet, good looking and totally worth the money!Highly Recommended!!!
