Can you still hear muzic when in case?

No, best when used on a flat surface

Will this case fit a jbl pulse 5?

I bought 2 for the pulse 4. They are great! Nice snug fit and mesh pocket for charger. The pulse 5 may be smaller though. See if they make one for the 5 or compare dimensions. The product itself is great for sure imo
