Laura Ashley Sophia Comforter Set, Blue, Twin

I purchased this comforter set as a gift for my sister-in-law, a long time Laura Ashley bedding fan. It is so bright, light, and cheerful that it really does brighten up her bedroom. I would have preferred to have a set with a bedspread instead of a comforter and dust ruffle; however, one was not available. This is a great alternative and looks so nice that a bedspread is not needed. While I don't know if this set will last as long as her previous Laura Ashley bedding, it certainly does appear to be of the same high quality material and workmanship.My only disappointment is that this set does not come in extra-long twin, so that I could have ordered a set for myself!

This is my favorite bedspead of my LIFE. I will use this bedspread for the rest of my being if possible! LOVE LOVE LOVE it. To me it is just a soft and lovely sight to have in my room of resting and praying and being! Thanks to the creators of this lovely work of art! Great job, great material. This is a FIVE STAR item!!

My room looks very shabby chic. I painted the walls a med- dark "skipper" blue and accented with white accessories.I hung 4 horizontal ruffled panels from Target on the double windows & it looks beautiful. I put the dust ruffle in the dryer to get the wrinkles out and it looks perfect. I still need some nice coordinating pillows now & change out my ceiling fan. My guest room is now my favorite room.

For the first time in all of my years ordering from Amazon, I'm really disappointed. The Prime 2-day shipping was excellent and on time as always. But the product was cheap and drab, arrived in an already used box without any receipt, and doesn't even fit the bed. Based on this experience, I would need to order a king-sized comforter set to fit my queen-sized bed. The matching shower curtain & window treatments look like they were made from old, poor quality pillowcases. The whole set looks like it was made in the 70's & is being recycled. I expected much more from a name-brand like Laura Ashley. I rarely return anything, even when it doesn't match my expectations, but I am sending this back immediately.

Beautiful buy too expensive for what it is. Price not worth the comforter. Need extra large washer or have professionally cleaned

I chose this comforter because I loved the colors in the fabric. I was disappointed because in the picture the skirt was blue and when in reality the skirt is the same fabric as the other side of the comforter. Therefore there wasn't much contrast between quilt and skirt. Also, the top "panel" doesn't fit the queen bed very well. It seems small and it is hard to figure out just where the panel should fall. It would be better if the panel was longer and wider, then it would fit the top of the bed better. I thought it was expensive for what I received.

I have owned this comforter for several years. I will comment on workmanship, as style, color, etc., is such an individual thing. Mine is sewn well. If I have ever noticed a loose thread, I cannot recall. Washes well. Mine is King size so I used a commercial washer/dryer at first. It now fits in my front load large capacity. Washed well in both. Very fluffy, cozy in cold weather, but not too hot in warmer weather (with a/c.) This is my second Laura Ashley bedding item. Both were very good quality. And, my husband likes it too. That's always a plus. :-)

Wrong size. There seems to be a mix-up between the duvet cover and the comforter. The comforter is clearly labeled as being 88x92 which is not nearly big enough for a queen size bed, unless you like having your comforter end at the end of the bed instead of hanging over to cover the sheets!It says so right there. Right there on the package. I have no idea why this is still listed incorrectly as other people have made the same comment, which can be difficult to track from year to year. I purchased this on May 10th, 2015 and it's plain wrong.

I really love Sophia bedding and want the whole set sheets included. I had to return the Full as it did not fit my bed. I have been told the King size will fit so I am going to order that one and I have returned my Full to the company.Thanks for your great service@Linda Moran

I had seen this set before but it hadn't been available in the store in King size. I'm very pleased with it. It's light in weight and pretty. I use the reverse side which matches the bed skirt. I wish I could find the Matching Euro pillows.it's a perfect match for my blue and white bedroom decor. I love it.

Very well made. Beautiful pattern!! We have a queen bed with box spring so I ordered this set in a King and it fits beautifully. I have about 18" overhang in both sides. Love it!!

Ended up sending it back as it was not exactly as described and shown in the photo.I will say that the return was painless.
