For now this review is based on having it for about a week and mostly the customer service. I originally ordered the black whiteboard (a whiteboard with black edges!) . Instead in the mail I received the white one, the other issue was that the paper pad that came with it was folded and creased likely during shipping. Luckily no damage to the whiteboard itself. Now I start school very soon so I decided I would just keep the white one. I messaged the seller about my issues and they are giving me some money back for the issues! 5 stars for customer service and quick response. So far the white board is great, it was very easy to set up, moves easily over low tread carpet and hard wood floors. So far I have left marker on it for a few days and see no “marker shadows” so far. The paper pad, markers, and magnets are nice as well.
