I've found the easiest way to make them is by leaving them on the cardboard backing, flipping puzzle side down against the image on the sub paper, then lightly taping each side of the cardboard to the sub paper and finally gently flipping back over after taping and covering w/butcher paper before pressing. As is the case with *most* substrates, the sub design/paper should be face down on the puzzle for pressing, not vice versa. (The only reason I can think of for the few negative reviews I saw was that they may have been pressing with the puzzle facing down on the sub paper which will NOT work with substrates like this and most - other than aluminum, for example.) I will definitely continue to buy and use these as long as the quality remains as good as this first batch. After pressing only faint image on puzzle pieces. I tried changing time, pressure and heat with no luck. Would not recommend. **Q: Can you use infusible ink on these?** A: Yes infusible ink is sublimation. **Q: Why won’t these sublimate? Is their a plastic I need to remove or something?** A: I had no issues sublimating on these so not sure. Mine did not have a protective coating that needed removed. What time, temp and pressure are you using? I kept the cardboard backing on the back of the puzzle, placed design face down on puzzle and covered with butcher paper, pressed on heavy pressure @ 385 degrees F for 50 seconds. I also lined my heatpress platen with butcher paper. **Q: My images are orange, what am i doing wrong?** A: Have you checked your printer settings ? If so need to check your pressure and time and temp.
