So here is a short review (kinda) of the mouse and the issue I have, and how Razer is handling it. I submitted a feedback about the seller as well, who did not respond yet to my complaint, so you can imagine what the feedback was.Anyways, the mouse itself is great ergonomically and functionally as expected or rather hoped. Fast, light, good quality. But, the problem is with the 2.4 GHz usb dongle for wireless connection. It just doesn't work, right out of the box. Cable on PC and bluetooth on laptop works great, but my PC doesn't have bluetooth, so for me this 95 euro mouse is not wireless.Sidenote: For anyone experiencing the same, there is a ton of things to try first to make sure the settings are right and firmware is up to date (ususally the latter) before concluding that anything is faulty.But in my case nothing worked. After a couple of hours trying, I contacted Razer support, they went through troubleshooting again with me, and eventually also concluded the dongle is faulty. As it usually goes, I found later that a lot of people had the same issue, and that Razer knows that.I mean they are trying to resolve this for me, contacted me the next day again to check if I made any progress with the seller, and assuring they will handle the replacement for me if the seller doesn't. So in this situation that's the best they can do I guess. Mistakes in production do happen.All in all, Razer is at least responding accordingly, unlike the seller. I am not sure at this point if I would recommend this mouse, probably not as there is a good chance you experience the same. But I would definitely recommend a different seller.If this gets resolved satisfactory, I will update this review, also regarding the seller if they ever respond.

I personally like this mouse very much. It is very light and you won't feel tired even if you use it for a long time. The appearance design continues the previous design and fits the shape of the hand. With Razer's software, it is a great mouse. A flagship product

Firstly, the mouse is great. It's ergonomic, smooth, and the buttons are tacticle. I've always liked deathadder mice, and this one was my first wireless one, and I was very happy with it. This all was until after 6 months, the mouse kept disconnecting from the 2.4 dongle. Bluetooth worked fine, as well as the cable, but it seemed the dongle itself was broken. When I went through Razer to claim on the warranty, they told me I wasn't eligible, because the mouse was bought through 'RealTime Distribution' via Amazon, and that they weren't a Razer verified seller. So, if you want to use the warranty, make sure to check your seller. HOWEVER, I contacted RealTime Distribution through the Amazon app, and told them of the problem. After a little miscommunication, they agreed to send me another dongle, which arrived fairly quickly, and was easy to set up with Razer's pairing utility. So, just be warned that this may happen, but I appreciate that the sellers were happy to send another dongle with little fuss. The charging dock is nice, and it works a treat. Overall, a great mouse and a good value bundle, just look out for these issues.

Before i start this review ill say im no Razer fanboy, over the last 7 - 8 years ive used a variety of mice over the years from a whole plethora of companies, i landed on the OG razer Deathadder a good few years ago, and i fell in love, having a right handed mouse with what i feel is perfectly placed thumb buttons it was perfect for me from weight to size for my larger then average hands, that first mouse sadly died on me after a while of extensive use from FPS games to MMORPG'S, once i laid that to rest i instantly ordered the newer version the Razer Deathadder Elite and it was the perfection of the first mouse but newer, updated. again no complaints other then the middle mouse wheel didnt last as long as the rest of the mouse but again this is down to extensive mouse use while gaming, about 7 days ago i was randomly scrolling YouTube and came across a review of the new Razer Deathadder v2 Pro wireless!! instantly i thought its time to buy a new mouse, 2 days later i had my order placed and awaited the arrival, as soon as i got it delivered 2 days later i wasted no time setting this up, thankfully coming from a previous version of the Razer Deathadder i instantly felt comfortable and didn't have to worry about getting used to a new mouse. with the benefit of no wire! it was honestly a much needed upgrade.this mouse is perfect for people who are right handed. i can not be happier with this purchase. if you have been considering this mouse, i highly recommend it.
