Exactly what I needed in my life. Love it!!!!
I absolutely love this book. Its very informative with plenty of QR codes throughout to help you through any confusing sections. If you're needing to make a change in your life I highly recommend trying this. Definitely worth the money. The ONLY drawback is the cover. Its a bit dull so I decided to decorate it myself but that's just my opinion. It won't change my rating from a 5star at all

Definitely only for those who appreciate their earnest therapeutic approach.
This is a very worthy item. From its ecologically sound packaging to its intensely over-egged contents. I was expecting something that would focus gently but persistently on gratitude as, especially in these times, finding things to be grateful for can sometimes be a thankless hunt in a dark room with no torch. But this book is a cross between an over-organised helicopter mother and a project planning life coach. It starts off with Maslow's hierarchy of needs and goes on to plan every thought you have, every action you take and every morsel you eat - and more. And you have to write it all down like a small child. It is, basically, trying to do everything to help you to rescue yourself from yourself (well, from your negative thoughts, behaviours, etc.) in one small book, very earnestly. It has daily planners, weekly reviews, fortnightly reviews and a final review as well. It even has little stickers for the 'growth areas', which are: mental resilience, sleeping, alone time. mindfulness & meditation, self-kindness, health eating, exercise, time with family, time with friends, work, helping others, having fun, personal growth. It even has a colouring book. It is trying to be all things to all people and gratitude is only a small part. This kind of approach may suit some people, but I just found it overwhelming in its earnest perfection. It's basically a self-improvement by behaviour management homework book. And, based on some of its content, it appears to be aimed at people with little or no empathy or compassion, for self or others, and it earnestly and logically tries to teach them to be better people. Plus, it uses statements like 'Think of two things that did not go as well as you hoped in the last week. Write them down using Fixed Attitude language, then transform them into a Growth Attitude statement." After reading that I had to throw up and lie down in a darkened room. Spare me.
