Can you really sqeeze a whole orange?

It depends how big the orange is. You'd have no trouble with a small orange cut in half. For a larger orange, it does a decent job just by cutting the orange into quarters and then tucking the points into the bowl part. The most important part, which some people don't seem to get, is that whatever your squeezing, have the juicy part of the fruit pointing down. :)

Is the Large or Extra Large size better for squeezing oranges?

I'd say that depends on the size of your oranges. I have the extra large size and it works perfectly for all my squeezing needs, but it does take a little extra strength on your hands, whereas the large size might not put any extra strain. Either size is far superior to the old fashion glass squeezers of yesteryear--where seeds and juice went all over the place!

Do you guys have warranty on this?

No there's no additional warranty that I have. I only have to believe that with proper usage and car the squeeze should last for many years.
