Love the chesse ooey and gooey with perfect tecture when melted

Really good, but you have to finish it off within 2 days after opening the packet
I tried this shredded cheese first time and its delicious in taste. However, I had 60-70 percent cheese left in my freezer (do not put it in refrigerator, it needs lower temperature) and I didn't knew about the expiry date (2 days after opening the packet). This caused green mold all over the cheese and which by the way, is bad for health. So, I had to throw all of it. Just remember that and you will not regret buying it.
